Positive experience: Great staff... I had a membership for 3yrs and was OK but after sometime I was expecting some form of air conditioning to be installed instead of fans every time the temperature rose and having the doors open letting in the humid air I asked about this but nothing happened so I left... It's 2024 and no air con also the showers and changing lockers are way too small not worth the money it's cheap but I'd rather pay an extra few quid and go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Compact well planned gym with all necessary equipment as free weights dumbbells going up to 40kg, machine etc without necessarily being cramped. Has an outdoor area as well, helpful, friendly staff. Descent crowd as well.

Positive experience: It's a charity run gym the people are friendly and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. You also get a personal trainer for a couple of sessions to show you how to use the equiment and a programme for you to progress from.

Fantastic experience: The yoga with Gemma is absolutely fabulous. It is not too busy, the atmosphere is perfect for asans and relaxation. No fancy gimmicks just pure yoga. Thank you.
