Trident Gym

Negative experience: Massive gym with great equipment, however when I asked to refill my water I was rudely told to get from the toilet sink, totally disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and equipment

Negative experience: Good selection of free weights and quite empty, but that’s the only pros. We had to change gym as the air con would never be turned on, despite there being many air con units in the building. The gym got way too hot and stuffy to workout, and when we asked the staff, we got quite a blunt and rude reply of a ‘just deal with it’ vibe. Only few cardio machines worked, with the spin bikes being practically unusable. The machines are on the lower quality side and we were pretty sure that the barbells were under 20kg as felt weirdly light. Not worth the price if you are looking for anything more than just using free weights and sauna.

Positive experience: Nice looking gym but cable machines don't go very heavy and very disappointed there isn't a water fountain which is very basic for keeping members hydrated. Was told to use sink in toilet where I find very unhygienic.

Negative experience: Even in summer weather this place refuses to put aircon on, it's a large warehouse which as you can imagine gets very hot, add lots of hot and sweaty people and you can imagine the air quality and heat. I expected more from trident, couple this with a few poorly maintained pieces of equipment it starts to feel like bad quality for money. Staff are nice and friendly but that doesn't really make up for the conditions.

Fantastic experience: Great new professional gym with lots of workout machines, it’s 24h gym what’s becomes this place accesible for everyone. The showers are amazing having a little compartment for yourself, also ice bath and sauna. Easy to join as you have the option online . Also you have a great supplement shop . To say also there is not a great space to get change

Fantastic experience: George has been super helpful for my first session at Trident WsM. Showed me around the machines and gave me some coaching. Simon in supplements sold me a delicious blueberry squash. Everyone using the equipment is friendly and smiling, felt totally at ease ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positive experience: New gym expensive and will have competition from pure gym who are alot cheaper

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the south west bar none. ample weights and machines with separate cardio area and punch bag area. I particularly like the ice baths after a heavy session for my recovery and few times when I have trained a DJ has done a set there. Amazing atmosphere, no big time Charlie's and feels like a family. thanks guys

Negative experience: Walked straight in no questions asked, was unsure who was staff and who was random people stood behind the desk. Treadmill kept turning on and off and eventually I gave up with it. Plunge pool looked murky and half full, the quietest gym I have ever been to. Weights were scarily light and the machines have been put together haphazardly. Lockers even tho brand new were faulty and didn’t close properly. Premium price for home gym equipment

Fantastic experience: had my first session here a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing, the guys are super nice and helpful and there was so much equipment didn't know where to get started, also had a steam room, sauna and cold bath cant wait to give them all a go

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with such friendly, helpful staff! The equipment is the cleanest I’ve seen from a gym!! The supplements store is full of goodies too, Si who runs it is super knowledgeable about the products he sells, from a range of protein shakes, to trident clothing!! All amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic new gym amazing equipment really welcoming people they have the best supplements store out back with guys who know what they are talking about couldn’t rate them any higher so please anyone pop in talk to the staff all very knowledgeable in the product they provide

The staff are friendly and approachable, the range of high quality equipment is perfect and the spa & 24 hour access tops it off. Great supplement store also on site with everything you could need! Highly recommend giving this gym a try!

Negative experience: I have been in the fitness industry for 3 years now and I have worked in quiet a few gyms and been to quite a few. This gym was not what I had in mind. The treadmill that I was on broke, the belt snapped, a piece of electric cable came flying out, some nuts and bolts too. Luckily I was not running at the time. The cold plunge water looked disgusting and was a milky white colour. Overall cleanliness was not on point. I will not be returning. It has so much potential to be a great gym. It just needs some cleaners, some gym floor staff and the equipment needs to be of good quality.
