Negative experience: DO NOT get a WOW (multi-gym) membership, you actually can't access other Energie Fitness clubs or attend fitness classes at other clubs. False advertising.

Positive experience: Parking cam be an issue, but it has decent equipment and is fairly clean.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Energie Fitness, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience so far! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The gym is spotless and well-organized, with a wide range of high-quality equipment that caters to all fitness levels. Whether you're into cardio, strength training, or group classes, Energie Fitness has something for everyone. Fantastic experience: great medium sized local gym with 2 floors and a good range/quantity of machines, equipment and shower/changing rooms. would highly recommend for beginners! main perk is definitely the range of classes they host throughout the week, included in the membership. they have an app you can book through and the main ones i've tried (boxing, taekwondo, pilates, step, blast) have all been so fun and the instructors are really motivating! there's always someone on the front desk to give you a hand with machines or provide any info/guidance. i like the community feel that this gym has compared to others in the area i've tried.

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean and has everything you need. Nick Pastellis (PT) is great as a personal trainer who sets realistic goals that you can work on and motivates you to get better each time.

Positive experience: Great gym, for the petite size in square metres, smaller than the average gym. However, on the overhand, it is spacious. Staff are amazing and have some great humour and gym exercise advice. Theirs reasonable quantity of gym equipment and booked activities to do. But it can get crowded at peak times.

Positive experience: Amazing staff here and the place is kept incredibly tidy and clean. It doesn't get too busy even at peak hours, though it is a small gym so there is most of the time 1 set of machine/equipment. There is 1 heavy bag at the far end of the top floor, though there is barely much room to do many moves. There is a support column to the left of the bag, so pray to God that you know the range of your left kick. This bag is mainly for boxers or other close distant Martial arts, but not ideal for Taekwondo or other long range Martial Arts.

Fantastic experience: Great gym doesn't get that packed . Staff are amazing. Lots of equipment and activities to do . They take hygiene very seriously and have antibacterial wipes ready for your use. Have a pretty good booking in system. Its a shame its not 24 hours . Parking is available. Spin room . Dance studio. Free weights and lots of machines. Been a member for a few years and I'm very happy

Fantastic experience: I have started this gym recently and everyone is friendly here.The personal trainers Tunj and yieusuf have made me feel safe about continuing my membership with my dad as they clean the equipment very regularly. Tunj also gave me great training advice which boosted my confidence. Great place great people.

Positive experience: Very nice gym when is not fully packed. Have to find that time when is not crazy busy even now with Corona virus around gets very busy sometimes... Loads of people not very mindful dropping weights it gets very annoying and staff never reacts to those crazy gym freaks, to be calmer as they feel like gym is only for them... Overall nice gym but its hard to gym when is 35+ people in the gym.

Negative experience: Staff are polite and equipment is good, but the communication with the management is poor. I wanted to freeze my membership because of Covid after they reopened and emailed them about that. The response was that there is no issue about that and I can freeze it however long I want.Mounth after they start to withdraw money from my account. I emailed them to ask why and because of response which I received I decided to cancel my membership.They assured me that this will be the last payment,but next month they charge me again.

Positive experience: Not the best ever gym I've been to, but its a very good value for money. Maybe it's time for them to remove the gym booking requirement

Fantastic experience: Special thanks to youssef and his colleague who was there with him tonight at the same shift (so sorry for not asking him about his name).. they took very good care of me when I had low blood pressure and dizziness after I finished my workouts.. they insisted to keep me at the gym before I go in order to regain back my strength.. they brought me protein bars to have some energy and haven't let me go before they made sure that I was able to.. guys u r amazing, u made my day.. I just wanted to say that thanku is not enough in comparison to the good care I found from u, and also wanted to say that I am back home safely.. i hope u see my review.. thank you again very much ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Positive experience: Good clean equipment, it was never too busy but I did normally go around 12 or 1pm. I have to say I agree with Martin. If you spoke to the staff for any reason they would be friendly but they're not great at greetings. Sometimes they'd say hi or bye but sometimes they wouldn't. It led to quite a few awkward moments of me saying hi and being ignored. I know first world problems, I don't mind if they greet or not would be nice if they were consistent. Didn't want to walk past and seem rude or say hi and be awkwardly ignored. Other than that no complaints although an extra squat rack would have been sweet.

Positive experience: This place professional. People that come here are just there to work out, no funny games. Gym clean. Good opening time and parking in morrisons.

Negative experience: Clean, polite staff and good equipment. The problem is that you cannot trust them. I used my credit card to pay for one month and they used my card, charging me every month without my permission or notifying me. Even though they called to ask me why I don’t go any more, they still didn’t mention that I am been charged meanwhile.In response to my email,when I found out, they stated that I should cancel my membership from their website. Not a word for refund or an apology...

Negative experience: AVOID!!! I cancelled my membership and three months later they are still making withdrawals!!

Negative experience: PROS: ENVIRONMENT: clean, good opening times, good equipment. CONS: - STAFF: I can't agree with other people here, who reviewed on, how "friendly and helpful" the staff is. In 10 months of membership there were only 2 members of staff who said "hello" when you entered the gym. Most of the guys there are quite ignorant, in terms of greeting, but also in terms of support, when they should see, someone is exercising in a wrong way. I am working in a customer related business as well. What most of these people there need to understand is, that it's the customer with his monthly fee, who guarantees their job. So a bit more open minded friendly attitude would help. - CONTRACT: They advertise that you could cancel your contract at any time. I did it on time and was expecting to use the gym for exactly 10 months. They insisted on their calculation and cut off my membership by 1 week, but let me pay the full month!!! I would recommend you join the Park View Health Club in Palmers Green, friendlier staff there and they have a sauna. And they don't need their own staff to write good reviews on google as Energie Fitness does here ....

Fantastic experience: Welcoming staff, maintaining the gym well! I've been going to this gym for almost two years, I have become stronger and more motivated to keep going gym not just because of my own will, I have plenty of support in this gym by the friendly members, and lovely staff. Highly recommend if this is local to you, you will easily make friends and gym buddies, I have a social group of 8-10 from which I can find a gym partner , definitely check the gym out, they do offer a free trial which is awesome because you can bring a friend too, the staff are all well, they can help you out if you have any questions! Also, one more thing, it gets busy at the rush hour times (5-7:30pm) I'd highly recommend coming outside of these hours. Make those gains/losses!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in the area. People are really nice and helpful. It is in a safe and convenient place. It is also cheaper than most others gyms.

Negative experience: Need to up date holidays opening times on website allways shows open and you turn up its closed terrible.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant new addition to the Palmers agreed fitness circle. Is a lovely fantastic gym ⛹ with brilliant equipment. The gym is immaculately clean and tidy. It is located next to the Palmers Green library on the ground floor. The carpark has very limited space so it is difficult to find a parking space so avoid the busiest times. The membership price is extremely reasonable for the array and quality of the equipment and trying available.

Fantastic experience: Super easy going staffs and amazing cardio machines also changing rooms and toilets are very clean best in the town

Positive experience: If I'm being critical they are missing a decline bench, other than that it's a good gym, friendly staff. Well kept and clean, well equipped. Parking can be a little tricky at peak times. Not a lot a lot bad to say.

The coaches are all very friendly and motivating and you can hire a personal trainer for a reasonable fee. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone of any age. The monthly fees are currently very competitive......
