Positive experience: Good and clean facilities. I prefer here over other Better centre but it is really hard to book a court.

Negative experience: I love the place. The court is better than the other. My only complaint is that i called 3x to their customer service because i left my badminton racket at the court. They keep on disconnecting the call after i waited for 30mins. Good place but poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym with amazing and friendly team, they have everything I need for my exercises, good installations for muscle growth, never seen queues there. So I love it.

Positive experience: Convenient with RingGo parking. 30 mins free then £1 per hour. Well equipped centre, padlock lockers available, e-gates with either a card or the app. WiFi available at the centre too.

Fantastic experience: The cost is five stars. But.... So is the service. You know what you're paying for. Well deserve five stars. Not for the price but for the quality

Positive experience: I have recently joined this gym. I think facilities are good and clean for the price it’s decent. However, after being to many gyms I can tell some of the staff members specifically instructor aren’t taking the job very seriously. Some classes start always late without no reason or the instructor takes time to come into the room when people are waiting. I would suggest they change some of the instructors for better ones. The cycling classes I had a good one with Patricia who was only covering (please bring her back),the circuits class is good and power pump too but they really should change instructors some of the classes are not good enough.

Fantastic experience: Perfect gym for the price, not too busy, plenty of space, good equipment and Antonio the PT helped me a lot. Was sad when i moved out of the area and had to find a new gym.

Fantastic experience: The Seniors Sessions on Tuesday & Friday afternoon are absolutely fantastic. Tuesdays offers a variety of racquet sports as well as the weights gym plus the online yoga/pilates/stretch classes. No racquet sports on Friday but there is a very good circuits class run by a fabulous instructor, as well as the weights gym and the online classes. The staff are very skilled, helpful and really cheerful. Last, but not least, refreshments are available and this adds to the camaraderie amongst us seniors: we have made some good friends. £2.50 for the whole package! What a bargain.

Negative experience: It’s cheap gym membership. you get what you pay for for. You either have loads of kids allowed in the gym with their mates running havoc or elderly groups who rush you on from the equipment you’re using as they don’t know proper gym etiquette. Staff are nice though.

Positive experience: The gym has a nice atmosphere and it’s very clean with lovely stuff. however I feel like there are more cardio machines than necessary and not enough fitness machines. Could use a lumbar bench instead of the cable machine, leg press with discs instead of the cable one, biceps/ triceps machine, hip frost machine and probably a few others. Other than that, it’s great.

Fantastic experience: It is clean and nice, but be mindful that it is located in the park which requires 10-15 minutes walk depends on which entrance. Spare some time to find it.

Negative experience: The gym itself is clean and modern but yesterday I booked a 60 minutes volleyball session but was only allowed to play for 50 mins because they set up the net late and they said it’s written in the terms and conditions that we expect to play less than 60 mins sometimes! The guy who did that called Loucio.

Fantastic experience: Lovely clean badminton courts. The membership is expensive and court bookings have a concession and are not included in the membership benefits. The 60 min sessions work out to be cheaper (priced at GBP 12.20) but of course, it depends on how many times you'll play per week.

Positive experience: Good facilities and classes at a really affordable price. Well maintained and virtually brand new. However disappointing that gym members have to pay for parking especially as the winter months approach and as a woman it feels safer to drive than walk. Plus entrance to carpark is so poorly lit so even if you wanted to walk it's not exactly safe!

Has the sports hub in the middle that has a gym and a sports hall to book and play.toilets changing rooms inside the hub or around the back outside area. Tennis courts you can book. A big playground for the kids. There's food there at times too and ice cream vans ,scattered around. Great park

Positive experience: Pleasant gym, lots of weights and machines. Clean. Plenty of space and good calm atmosphere - and a bargain at £38pm. The most crowded I’ve seen it is after school but juniors have set times and have to leave by 6pm.

Fantastic experience: I love taking a slow walk through the beautiful park after work to the gym, and I love that the facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. I’m only gutted that Roxy isn’t doing the Tuesday spin class anymore, she’s the best instructor I’ve ever had for a spin class!

Fantastic experience: Gunnersbury park is on the way to Central London but I never thought it is a lovely hidden treasure in mid of busy crossroads. It is just off A4 road. Though my destination was the Sports hub, I could not resist myself to explore the entire park. Talking about the sports hub, it is a multi facility sports lounge with some indoor and outdoor facilities. Other than using the toilet inside, I could not explore much on what's inside. From outside, it is quite a big building, so indoor facilities must have large space. I was stunned seeing the huge lush green field with multiple cricket pitches, nicely maintained but leaving the natural grass wherever possible. Far away, there are other game facilities like football, rugby etc which are equally big fields. The park and the sports area are open for public so anyone can watch the ongoing matches keeping safe distances from others. Just beside the sports lounge, there is a children play area as well with many activities to keep them active and engaged. It is a secured place surrounded by trees. I was already spellbound to see this within the very urban surroundings but suddenly discovered a pathway beside the children area where people were walking or cycling. Followed that path and I started discovering a complete different world with big trees, bushes, ponds etc and also some historic ruins. I kept on moving and then found a white building with a fountain in the front. People were sitting and relaxing in front of it. It has a small patch of field where some sets were being prepared for some open air program (may be). There was a small cafe but it has some specific timing, I think it closes by 3 pm. There is a museum beside though I could not manage time to go inside. Saw some senior people were entering there. I just read some history about those buildings and started to walk to discover more. There is a big pool with ducks and swans swimming. Around the pool, there were many benches for meeting and chatting. There was an option to hire boats but it was late for me, they just closed their shop. Around the pool, some interesting facts were written for some movies that was shooted there. I was already very high after finding the gems, but suddenly I found myself coming back to the sports hub again. No worries, my time spent well and I was mesmerised already. Another important thing - it has ample parking so nothing to worry. But one thing that concerned me is the entrance of the parking. The entry from the main road is really really narrow and just one car can pass through. It's very hard to manage if you see another oncoming car in front of you. Overall, I was very happy and it's worthy to visit the place. I promise, you will not be disappointed at all.

Negative experience: Just refereed a game at Gunnersbury Park and although they've said there might be parking charges they've been suspended all season, then with no warning started up and as I didn't travel as far as the machines, I had no idea, I did appeal but as usual no common sense, so therefore I won't be going back or sending any of my panel of referees there. Shame as it's a lovely park

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym in a beautiful surrounding, membership fee is affordable for all considering the great variety of gym facilities. Staff are helpful and amazing. It is hard to find a good gym these days as majority have poor hygiene standards and awful management. Highly recommend!!
