Fantastic experience: Great gym for the money. Got basically everything you need in terms of weight lifting and cardio. Haven’t tried any classes myself. Can get a bit busy between 5 and 7pm on Monday to Thursday so it’s best to avoid those times if you can

Fantastic experience: For a gym this is surprisingly friendly, but in a nice way, they are wheelchair accessible at this venue with wheelchair accessible separate changing rooms too. Fab. Some machines can even accommodate a manual wheelchair safely over the machine whilst working out I noticed. Wheelchair users even get a dedicated pin code to access the door separate to other users

Negative experience: Do not sign up for a free trial it says no contract but they have just attempted to take money from my card and there is no phone number ti deal with disputes. Very misleading practices avoid avoid avoid

Positive experience: Depends what you want from your gym. This one’s good if you just want a cheap gym with everything you need in terms of weights and cardio equipment. Limited number of equipment though. Don’t go between 5-7pm MON-Fri, unless you want to be there the entire 2 hours. Generally a Good low cost gym.

Negative experience: If you go to this gym please be aware that you will be photographed while standing at the uri nal and have your photos posted all over social media. Avoid this gym at all costs.

Negative experience: Barely any ventilation, worn out machines

Negative experience: This gym does not care about the privacy and safety of their members. There has been a man filming others in the public restroom and he still comes in. That is illegal and the Police should be involved. If not that then at the very least it should be a reason to terminate the membership, which has not yet been done. Horrible management.

Negative experience: Be very, very careful if you go to this gym. There's a creep out there that has been posting videos and pictures on social media of other patrons using the urinals in the locker room. Hopefully, this gym will respond by canceling the membership of the creep that has been posting men using the urinals on social media. I hope they'll also post large signs that say the filming in locker rooms is illegal and will result in the loss of membership (I know the gym I use has those signs).

Negative experience: This is one of the worst gyms I’ve ever seen, they have members who film other members in the toilet and post it all over social media practically laughing about how they were in the back ground of them posing with no shirt on. I would AVOID this gym! You do not want to be humiliated in the toilet and posted all over social media

Fantastic experience: As an older lady trying to tighten up the bits that have started going south I was quite nervous of joining a gym - visions of huge muscly men and stick thin glamour girls floated through my head. A friend recommended this Gym and I have to say I'm delighted to have joined. The induction was helpful and non pressurised, the trainers very friendly and approachable, the surroundings are very pleasant and at no time did I feel intidated or out of place. As a result of an injury (gained elsewhere) I havent been able to go for a week or so but I shall definitely be going back and making the most of my membership

Positive experience: Very good gym with some excellent kit I don't have many criticisms about this place other than some of the staff appear slightly un approachable at times. Also the changing and shower facilities are a bit unhygienic but again some people dont even bother with these so it's not an issue if the gym kit is on point which it is. It would be good if there was more pump gyms about this gym is slightly to far out of my way at the minute otherwise I would still train here. Overall good for serious gym goers & bonus the dumbells are all in the correct place most of the time!!

Positive experience: It's a great gym but wish air con was blowing cold air not warm air I want to train and be able to breathe not cook to death if the air-conditioning was working I would stay as the equipment is great going back today as Nuffield is not very good ok they have swimming pool but hard to swim with so many people who are in the pool not swimming

Negative experience: Always busy! I’ve had far too many sessions just standing around waiting for equipment or benches, sometimes cutting sessions short as it was pointless! Equipment is often broken aswell and with the amount of income they get I can’t see visible excuses

Negative experience: Most of the gym equipment is old and worn out. The lighting is like a night club not a gym!

Negative experience: Could be the best if fix following serious problems! 1: there is no enough or equal oxygen inside. For example, in the running area where the machines are , no oxygen and nobody ca run for long time morethan 5 mins everybody has complain and we several times have mentioned that to staff but they don't care at all. They turn it off especially when leaving the office. Air conditioning system is not working equal at every corner and where running machines are, the result is there is many kind of bad smells inside the gym and no oxygen! 2: members payment system is very old and useless. There is no direct debit or any other option to update payment method on the account. If for any reason payment not received by the gym, Member can not enter to the gym. Member can not update payment method. Member can not contact gym by phone.member definitely send email but there is no one to reply ! I'm an example. Got an email the payment issue, however I have sufficient money in my bank. I don't what was the problem. So let's think sometimes it happens , ok now how to fix and sort out the issue ? No way ! No contact no phone number no option to update payment method if its bank problem, no one response to emails if you send email to gym! Even your account get locked and you can't login! It happened to me and I tried my best to find a solution I couldn't! I sent emails to two different addresses one declined second went through but haven't received any response till now and I can't go to gym with my children and wife. 3: toilets are mostly very dirty and without hand soap and toilet paper! It's very important matter but the staff never check these things especially on weekends. 4: staff are very useless and ugly. In all points they are helpless. 5: the lighting is like a night club not a gym. It should have very bright lights and bulbs because it's gym not a sleeping area or like I said before, night club. 6: All monitors should display sport related channels to encourage people to pushing hard more and more. For now all displays are news or love romantic movies which is not good for the health of members! 7: The music is not bad but it's not for the people who trying achieve the best. the music is a good way to push members for trying hard and hard. Most of staff are from DW gym and we were there too. These staff destroyed the DW and now trying to destroy pump gym. Strange ! Please sort out these issues as many members like us, have complains we are in contact with them, or you will lose most of them.

No phone number to call anyone and your stood there like a wet lemon looking around.

Fantastic experience: High rating, everything as it should, but during this current situation in the world would suggest to reduce amount of the people in the gym.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member of this gym since they opened,and only left for a few months. 24hr gym are always good value for money but there’s a down side to that, far to many people trying to use the gym at anyone one time, parking is always an issue. My main concern with new gym companies is keeping the equipment working, I’ve noticed at least 4 pulley equipment out of use, including a few bit that need sorting on other equipment. Add the large amounts of people trying to use what kits left, the result is a bad experience. On the plus side the new manager is a grafter (Marie)the best so far, always cleaning and trying to improve things. It’s clear that some of the staff don’t pull their weight, as it always seem to be the same staff cleaning and sorting, members notice. On the upside, I really like this gym and I hope Pump gym don’t fall into the trap of letting standards drop with staff and equipment, But let’s hope they don’t, as people will walk.

Negative experience: I signed up to them last year in October. Uk went into lockdown on 4th of January and all gyms closed. These lot continued debiting money out of my account without my consent whilst gyms were closed. I emailed the gym and got a reply back from someone called Matt who did not even answer my query. It looked like he just copied and pasted a response and forwarded it to me. I have been trying for the last week to get my money back and they responded today saying that they will not give me money back as I apparently did not tell them to freeze payments. Avoid!

W szatni szafki na własną kłódkę, prysznice bez regulacji temperatury z ciepłą wodą, dwie suszarki do włosów i urządzenie z wagą/wzrostem/BMI z wydrukiem za 50p. Ogólnie czysto. Brakuje platformy vibro i sauny suchej. Za 14,99£ miesięcznie jest wystarczająca. Parking przez i za budynkiem siłowni. Wejście na odcisk palca, nie trzeba nosić maseczki, ale wypada dezynfekować każdy sprzęt po użyciu.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, value for money is on point. 2 squat racks, 2 full racks, 4 Olympic platforms, many machines with variety, punching bags, studio, spinning facility, lots of cardio equipment, kettle bells and at least 5 cable machines. Men's changing could do with more frequent cleaning but I've seen much worse. Gym itself is very clean.

Positive experience: Great gym with huge selection of equipment, all day access and plenty of on-site trainers. The high ceiling gives it a very open space feeling. Hygiene is kept to a good standard. All in all good place to train for a very reasonable price. Not perfect, has the fault that every good gym has, there are very busy periods, at around 5-7 PM especially, when it is very crowded. The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that the trainers, after they finish with the student never tidy their equipment up, not saying it is all of them, but one's that I see, never do. Posters around the place threaten to take people memberships away for not doing it, lead by example guys.

I think if it were to develop more then an entire second floor would be great instead of the small upstairs part isn't very big
