Fusion is a registered charity which promotes and encourages affordable, health related activity. It delivers boxing and fitness sessions to young children and adults in and around Grimsby and Cleethorpes.
Our centre is a hub of activities specifically designed to help our community come together for a wide range of activities and to have the ability to book a safe space in our community hub for sessions such as boxing and fitness classes, therapy sessions, parent and toddler groups, workshops, bingo, coffee mornings and breakfast clubs.
One of our most popular clubs, right here in Grimsby helping people from the age of 4 upwards to learn valuable life skills both inside and outside of the ring.
We provide a safe secure environment for our community projects, including partnering with local colleges, schools and police. Find out more about our community work here.
Fusion Health & Well Being is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Charity No.1153370). We have been registered since August 2013. Our original Name was Fusion Boxing Fit and initially we started delivering our services in village halls around Grimsby and Cleethorpes.
Fusion Centre: Opinions
Negative experience: I trained at Fusion (senior boxing classes) for five months and left disappointed. The focus was almost entirely on cardio and pad work, with no attention to essential boxing skills like defense, blocking, parrying, or footwork. It was frustrating to go that long without being taught even the basics of how to protect myself or move properly in the ring.I feel that the main focus is only on the advance boxing classes and that the senior boxing sessions are just there as a supplementary ,not really shown much focus on how boxing is supposed to be taught.

Fantastic experience: I take the Grandson (aged 7) there every week for boxing practice. At time of writing this it is £2.50 for 45 minutes
Fantastic experience: What a fantastic session today. I joined the disabled group. I'm in a wheelchair and paralysed down one side. I was welcomed with no discrimination at all. I joined in everything and was encouraged to try things. Very friendly staff from reception to the boxing. Definitely going back
