Fantastic experience: Had to write a review here because I wanted to say how brilliant my first day back to the gym was today. I haven't trained for the last 6 months and I've been with another PT for the last 2 years. I did have serious gym anxiety going in, but there's something about exercising by the sea that just calms you down instantly. I've been to many gyms over the years and I've never felt comfortable enough to go over to the weights area but in this gym, I was welcomed to. I was actually surprised at myself considering I'm quite shy. So this really boosted my confidence today. There's a really nice mixture of ages ranges too so this made me feel quite comfortable. Also, you can't really put a price on health and it's a really affordable membership for what you get. Not as big as other gyms, but perfect for me. Great equipment - thank you!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it! I always feel welcome there and everyone is supportive 10/10 recommend, and the view.. well it’s unmatched

Positive experience: nice small gym, facing the sea. one toilet and one shower room. 5-6 lockers to put your stuff. It is camrera operated, no staff at the gym. There is a small ipad at the gym where you can choose your music. Free wifi and password is written on the entry point. Usually, it is 3-4 people at the gym. Otherwise, most of the time is empty. Not too much weight lifting equipments. But good enough to be in a good shape and for overall fitness. Not recommended for serious gym user.

Fantastic experience: Good local gym with all modern equipment. Unstaffed but classes and trainers available.

Positive experience: It is unexplained and unethical that is nobody inside at the time that we are perform training And I am speaking as a qualified and certified physical education and sports scientist graduated and as qualified and nhs physiotherapist 3/5 stars this is unethical!

Fantastic experience: I've been to many gyms over the years and I can honestly say this is the best. Brilliant location on the beach. Great layout, great equipment. They have created a welcoming vibe. Friendly people, accessible, and at a good price. No flashy front desk, no sales pitch, just a proper well equipped gym.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym with an amazing view of the sun set (or rise if you're a better person than me) over the sea while you smash out your cardio, new equipment is brilliant!
