Fantastic experience: Great staff and a very welcoming atmosphere :) I started going to this gym around a month ago and the staff were always very kind to me. They helped me to use some machines that I wasn’t sure how to use and they were always very happy to help me if I wasn’t sure that I was doing the exercise properly. Everyone in the gym is friendly and they were always very helpful to me. I would DEFINITELY recommend this gym :) There is never a lack of equipment and the membership is very cheap !

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym, never too crowded,loud music, good range of workout machines and equipment, monday to sunday classes, good vibes and an amazing friendly and professional team always ready to help and assist, I feel like at home :) guilty for not taking more advantage of it...Girls don't be shy, I know gyms are intimidating at first but trust me this is certainly the best gym in Ware and abouts, if you're looking for a cozy discreet and respectful atmosphere to get started and get in touch with yourself and so bloody cheap Totally recommend ⚡⚡

Negative experience: Rather small gym but plenty of equipment.. First time asked rep kerri to provide support on using equipment.. never got to it just sat at desk..so spent the hour self training myself on equipment I couldn't use and wanted too..highly dissapointed.

Positive experience: I go here regularly, good little gym everything I need and a fitness motivator available

Fantastic experience: Love the owners here and they always help you with anything you need. The equipment is well looked after and clean. It is quite small compared to big corporate-style gyms but I can definitely get a better workout in this local sort of environment compared to big companies where no one gives a dam about you. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: A nice friendly upbeat gym where everyone is willing to help each other and has just changed management with some exciting prospects for the place ahead.

Negative experience: dont enter into a contract with this people. they trapped me in a contract and says i have to pay £435 to cancel it.
