Beef's & Babes Gym. 24hr

Positive experience: From a weights perspective 5* however after a year plus on my membership. Several cardio machines still broken. The same ones since the first day I've been there. The cardio machines are very outdated aswell. The stepper machine is barely even a stepper. Also the men's toilets bar ine have been broke since I joined a year and a half ago. If your looking for a weight gym though I'd highly recommend

Positive experience: Great gym! Has a real raw feel to it. Very handy it's 24hr, so great for night workers like myself. Very friendly atmosphere and full of people that just want to better themselves.

Fantastic experience: Went yesterday to activate my membership, was a quick easy experience the staff member she was very helpful and knowledgeable. This morning had my first session, the atmosphere and energy on the gym is awesome. Fellow patrons of the gym friendly, very well equipped to all abilities. If Rocky was made today, he would train here.

If your looking for somewhere to train where people will treat you like a friend rather than just a customer this is the place for you!

Negative experience: I recently visited Beef's & Babes and extremely disappointed with the level of service at the gym. The owner was extremely rude and unfriendly. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Snap Fitness has cleaner facilities with lots of light and space with friendly staff on hand to help with anything.

Positive experience: My go-to gym when I’m back in the area. Good bodybuilding equipment and a local business. Really nice staff and good prices. Only gripe is the bench press lift off is tough if you’re a Powerlifter or don’t have a spot - always someone around to help though. Would pick this place over the other big box gyms in the area.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've been at in a long time , joined after local gyms are too full being pure gym and snap fitness , I now am a member at beefs and babes gym where there's no hassle 24hr access to making gainz how ever you wish. Down stairs of gym is mainly free weights upstairs is cardio and boxing bags. Won't change from using this gym as it suits all my needs and me being working different shifts for work. ✅

Fantastic experience: This is a gym not a Leisure centre. It has everything you need. It is good for men and women of all types. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very good price compared to other gyms.Highly recommended .

Positive experience: Good facilities used it for the first time and it is a friendly place with plenty of refreshments and supplements available it also benifits from a sauna and jaccuzi bath with private room for £10 an hour so if you get lucky you can take her there and not have to pay the extra expense off a hotel which won't even come with a sauna

Fantastic experience: Clean and tidy local gym with a good atmosphere. All staff are friendly and helpful, equipment are well maintained and plentiful for the amount of people that currently attend this gym. Playlist are generally good, however could do with a bit more rock from time to time.

Negative experience: The direct debit system has a lot of problems from my point of view - had to pay quite a bit after I cancelled my membership despite being "no contract".
