We offer a wide range of fitness classes including Metafit, Spinning, & Les Mills BodyPump. Fitness classes improve overall cardiovascular fitness, tone muscle and burn surplus fat. Our classes are led by highly qualified instructors and use the best equipment. Come and enjoy getting fit with others!

Each brings their own fitness specialty and unique training style, but all are committed to ensuring safe and effective workouts. Join us for Weight Lifting and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Weight Lifting techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful and you will always get a good laugh or a shoulder to cry on if needed.
