Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! All the staff are amazing. They make you feel at home, like a family. I have personal training with Chantelle and already see results after 4 weeks, she is very professional and patient. I have never been a confident person but Chantelle has helped me step out of my comfort zone and now I’m feeling confident for the first time ever. Highly recommend this gym and PT sessions. Home away from home.

Fantastic experience: Can be busy during certain times so occasionally may need to wait to use some equipment. Good range of equipment available.

Fantastic experience: If what you’re wanting is a great range of cardio machines, weights with not alot but enough specific weight machines to start your fitness journey then it’s a 10/10 option. More specialties like cross fit and strongman training then best look elsewhere. It is busy at 6/7pm but that’s rush hour end of work for you so best get used to that everywhere. Staff are friendly, they leave you alone if that’s your wish and will engage if you want to talk. Got lockers, toilets and showers with a lottery vending machine if you wish to take the risk to buy a drink but does not really matter. As a sweaty chubby bloke it’s great and will be going until this six pack finally arrives… unlikely

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing atmosphere, amazing staff that always make sure you are okay. Ed, Joel, Chantelle, Kim.. all the staff just make you feel so welcome. Plus I always enjoy Ed’s classes and PT sessions! Highly recommend to anyone who is starting out at the gym and deal with anxiety and nerves.

Fantastic experience: A really cozy place with a good environment. They have all the regular gym equipment present within the premises along with a good cardio equipment zone with all necessary equipment. The music quality was really good

Fantastic experience: Puregym Haverhill had some of the best PTs and equipment around. Always feel welcome and it's always clean and tidy. Classes are great fun (recommend the early morning circuits classes) and the staff actually seem to care (Kim and Chantelle in particular!)

Fantastic experience: I love going here, no judgements,friendly people and staff are always willing to help. The facilities are always clean on my visits and the equipment is well maintained. Great job guys!! Keep it up

Negative experience: Updated: still needs a good clean which is why I've reduced my stars to 2. Gym staff are about but unless you are paying them extra for PT, they don't even look at you. The manager is the only one that I've seen actually say hello to people as they walk in.

Fantastic experience: As a regular attendee of the classes puregym haverhill offer, I have to say they're simply brilliant. The atmosphere is so energetic and inclusive and I've made so many connections with people through the fun, fast paced and challenging classes. One particular instructor who stands out is Edward Bedbrook. His Tuesday classes back-to-back are brilliant and have massively helped me on my fitness journey - I wouldn't miss them! The gym itself is always incredibly clean and hosts a wide variety of modern equipment. People are so friendly and willing to assist whenever, it has really reduced any anxieties or reservations I've ever had about joining a gym. Could only be slightly improved with more space - a second floor for more specific areas like female-only or heavy lifting. Besides that 10/10 would recommend! :)

Fantastic experience: Signed up and had a great introduction to the gym and the equipment (thank you Ed!), signed up for some classes and was really looking forward to getting started with it all just to tear a muscle when out for a walk so it's all on hold for a couple of months while I heal. Watch this space though I will be back (in 6-8 weeks) and will update the review after having tried out the classes and working out properly on the equipment.

Fantastic experience: Always clean and tidy with plenty of accessories to make the most out of the larger equipment. The staff are so friendly and helpful, I'm not much of a talker but if you fancy a chinwag and some guidance they're very approachable. Sometimes it's a bit packed but I think that speaks to the popularity of the multiple gym package. You can check to see how busy it is using the app, but even when there are 40 people in the gym there's still equipment free. the gym itself is spacious, and between classes the studio creates more space. The classes are a good workout, and there's every kind of level fitness around so you don't feel like your walking into a models/ bodybuilders convention. There always parking available too as it's shared with other shops so never worried about not getting a space!

Negative experience: I got told by a pure gym member that at the haverhill gym we laugh at over weight people and anyone over 50 because we shouldn't be in a gym as they are only for people who are fit and all toned. I will not be joining now

Negative experience: Unfortunately poor choice of equipment and limited numbers of machines. I'm sure some people love the place but for me it was very poor the only good thing is it is situated in a retail park so car parking no issues

Fantastic experience: Great gym, plenty of good quality equipment. Gym is clean and tidy, open. 24hrs which works for me. Only critique is the shower trays can be a bit grubby, I'm usually in at 6am.

Positive experience: Great Gym, but could do with more reliable classes at the weekends, as at the moment is very hit & miss, staff a good but could interact with customers more, just to check everything is ok regarding their personal experience, seems to be unmanned a lot at the weekends also? Water fountain broke the other weekend, but there was no one around to fix, toilet was flooded and vending machine was not working,

Fantastic experience: Probably the best Gym I have ever been too. A great selection of classes and the gym equipment is clean and modern. The staff are extremely professional yet always willing to give advice and help.

Fantastic experience: It's a really good gym. Not the biggest one so it can get busy at times but there is all equipment you need. All PTs are super friendly and helpful, they will happily show you how to do exercises to not end up taken out by an ambulance. Good choice of fitness classes too. Also open 24/7.

Fantastic experience: Been going here since the start of the year - after moving up from London not too long ago… the gym is well equipped and has a great atmosphere. The staff are excellent at keeping the gym clean which is really encouraging!! Far superior than other pure gyms I have been to.

Negative experience: The worst experience I ever had in a gym. Is very small, always busy and too expensive for what it offers. They say no contract ,but once you pay for your membership they will keep charge you as a direct debit even going or not and if you freeze it they will charge you. So I don’t recommend

Fantastic experience: I don't normally give gyms a review but! I'm going to on this occasion. The gym is immaculately clean I've been going for a year now and it's never been dirty 10/10 The staff are absolutely epic there all so very personable, friendly and professional 10/10 The people that use the gym are also decent, normal, humans and spend more time working out then on there phones "this is rare" The music that is played is okay but I don't think the staff can control that! I think it's probably a company bound thing. Pluse everyone has a headset in and definitely dosent listen to gym music It's definitely alot cheaper as well and you get more for your money then you think. But it's the staff that sell this place and do it proper justice The current team they have are ace and the company needs to see this as well they do deserve some recognition!! (5) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: The first thing I like about this gym is the space, and the height - this helps air circulation, and the air con works well to keep me cool when I'm working out hard. (That's not the case in another gym I was using previously.) Plus, the staff are cool too, friendly and the mix of facilities feels just right. It would be great to have another stepper as that is popular (sometimes too much), but overall, it's a nice gym and I like that I can look out when I'm running and even get some rays if the sun is out, thanks to the amount of glass at the front of the space. Thumbs up from me.

Positive experience: Still disappointed with people not cleaning down the equipment they use. Staff should be supervising and making sure they do.

Positive experience: Spacious,clean. I generally go about 3.30 it's not to busy tends to get busier about 5. Downside is the lockers if you don't have a big enough padlock you have to find a member of staff to put your bag in the office.
