Negative experience: I searched for gyms in Grangemouth and this come up at top of the search. Clearly nowhere near the area I’m looking for so sort your google advertising out.

Positive experience: Decent wee gym with good selection of machines and free weights but female cleaner walking into the men's changing room unannounced while guys are changing or in the toilet isn't reasonable, switch the genders and you're crying metoo.

Positive experience: Just started at this gym, about 2 weeks ago, yip great gym to use no complaints, parking outside does get busy heyho.

Fantastic experience: Amazing I went in with the fear did not know how to start and was helped straight away and made to feel so welcome. If you are considering starting just do it! The classes are great too and loads of support available. Definitely recommend, signed my sister up too now.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant place to be! Very efficiently ran with the system for classes in particular. Staff are dedicated, experienced and professional as well as helpful and friendly. Will always go the extra mile for someone... Very clean Ans organised on the floor and in the changing areas/bathrooms. Prices are perfect. Cannot fault it at all!

Positive experience: Great local gym, has everything you would expect to find. No wet side, just the standard showers in the changing rooms. Not quite 5 star since it's a wee bit snug, but if you don't mind that you're golden. I've never had bother getting in the stuff I need, even at busy times. Oh, and you need to supply your own lock for the lockers.

Positive experience: Good gym, clean, all equipment new and working. Equipment too close though, pretty cramped. And mega busy , doesn't matter if Am or PM, lots of folk and as the units small it's difficult to get through a session at times

Negative experience: Was here for a few months, terrible smell, no one wiped down their machines. I could shouted at one time by a staff member, when I was taking a break, saying I was leaving the weights on the machine and that they had to be returned. Which everyone else was actually doing except for me! Changing room was unkept and due to the small size, it got busy quick.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym, Music pretty good not too loud not too quiet, staff very friendly and helpful... Although it gets quite busy around 3pm to 7pm on the working days.

Fantastic experience: Just started, it's good just stick to the same exercise machines, think they are 45 mins to complete, that's enough for me,

Negative experience: When I tried to use the weights and bench I was told by another customer it was being used despite the fact there was no one there. And same customer was using another. bench. When imentioned this to the staff. I was informed the customer was doing a superset and had to wait until he was finished with both benches. So with nothing to use i left and never went back.

Fantastic experience: Trying to find the right gym can be difficult due to the fact there as so many around. After trying a few, this one is bang on the money. Great equipment, never too busy ( I go in the a.m) and loads of classes if that's your thing. PTs always around for advice and help. Always clean, well maintained and great prices. Give it a go. You'll be very happy.

Negative experience: Anyone thinking of joining in the new year think twice about it. Classes are constantly full & I could never get booked in. Tied to a contract for a year.
