Negative experience: * I am writing to express my strong disappointment with a recent experience at your Members Club. While I appreciate the values of inclusion and respect Four Seasons promotes, my interactions with staff did not reflect these values. Several attempts have been made to address this concern. Unfortunately, limited communication channels, primarily email, have hindered progress. My requests for a phone call to discuss this further have not been received. While other members have reportedly had positive experiences, mine has been notably different. This disparity leads me to question whether unconscious bias may have been a factor in my interactions. I have consistently treated the spa with the utmost respect, as any paying member should expect. The lack of a satisfactory resolution to date is deeply concerning. To ensure a fair and thorough investigation, I would appreciate the opportunity to remedy this matter with a representative empowered to address issues of prejudice. Thank you for your time and attention to this urgent matter.

Amazing food from chefs with Michelin stars, exquisite drinks including fine wine, a cigar lounge, multiple meeting rooms, impeccable customer service and overall a very pleasant place accessible to like minded private members with penchant for the finest things in life. The gym and spa is of top quality too.

Fantastic experience: Private club with cigar and wine rooms. Bar and restaurant, due to coronavirus they allowed us in without membership! All the rooms were very beautiful and it's a classy place. The food and cocktails were amazing. The service and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go there again to try the other restaurants in the building and the spa!

Fantastic experience: Private club on the banks of the river Thames. Great indoor cigar lounge and a selection of Chateau Latour wines. Relaxed setting and the staff are warm They also offer a few rooms that could be used for smaller groups or business meetings. Access to the Four Seasons Spa is also available for members.

Fantastic experience: A quintessential exclusive private club, consisting the best of - luxury wine, haute cuisine, Cuban cigar. The only Discovery and Dining Room of the legendary Chateau Latour outside its estate, cuisine of Anne Sophie Pic - only female Michelin 3 star chef in France, and vintage Cuban cigar. A privilege experience, indeed.
