Fantastic experience: Visited this gym while down from cumbria for a couple of days Very well equipped for both weight training and cardio training , very clean , plenty of room between equipment , good that you can just walking and pay for a sesion , i would recomend and will certainly be visiting again when I am down here

Positive experience: Good gym loads better since they have opened it up barry is very helpful and shows me how to use equipment safely. Only 4⭐ because when it's been busy some girls in gym are rude and selfish and using 2 hammer machines at once which is not fair especially when it's kind of busy leaving their phone on top half away across the room saying there using both which is physically impossible!

Fantastic experience: Love it here, small and well equipped. Friendly non judgmental staff, we are older and fatter and everyone is so supportive here.

Fantastic experience: First time visit to Reform. Very welcoming by staff. Great equipment, really clean. Ladies changing rooms could have been warmer though.

Fantastic experience: Last went to this place 15yrs ago. When it was proper old school. Managed to get a day pass on Hussle for a more than reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and Barry (owner) was very approachable and interested in the clients. Loads of great kit, everything I needed and plenty more. Not too busy so could move between sets easily without waiting. I'll certainly be back.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, albeit small. Very clean, great cleaning adherence by members and members actually put their weights back!

Fantastic experience: Just visited after 4 years. Gym maintained very well. Plenty of exercise to do with Life fitness eqpt incl multiple treadmills, cross trainers, multi gym, free weights, and open room for cardio class. Forthcoming owner / staff. Can get a day pass for just £6.

Negative experience: Good gym, but too expensive in my personal opinion, as some gyms now are much cheaper (without contracts) and offer more for a cheaper price. Also my issue is with the Debit payment companies who charge you extra money immediately if for whatever reason you miss a payment. I have complained about this. We live in a world of money grabbers, sadly.

Fantastic experience: I have used the gym for a few years and there is constant investment in new equipment. The team headed up by Barry are all excellent

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly gym, excellent staff who are always willing to help and advise on anything from injuries to dietary needs. The classes are great fun and all levels of fitness can enjoy them,you get out of them what you put in. Afterwards you can relax in the sauna or steam room.

Negative experience: Not very good equipment It’s quite dusty inside All the equipment is very cramped together especially with the weights section The weights are quiet old and aren’t the best

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here since 2012 I have been and looked at quite a few gymns s bit nearer to where I live but this is by far the best and worth the extra few miles, the parking is sometimes busy,.but walk a few streets? You are going to a gymn,the gymn is immaculate, and the staff have been great past and present,, thank you to Oliver who gave me the kick start, loved the boxing training x
