Negative experience: Racist place, racist staff, cleanliness worse than you can imagine, no management team work unprofessional group of teenagers .

Positive experience: Gym has a decent range of equipment for how much you’re paying, although the matrix machines aren’t very good. Relaxed atmosphere but can often be disorganised with plates not put back, dumbbells not put back properly etc.

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this. However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this. Thanks, PureGym

Positive experience: Great value for the money, good collection Of equipment. Especially the cardio side. Only down side is the number of idiots in side the gym that hog equipment or have no idea how to use it or have the ability to share with other gym users. The staff also have no interest in you unless you have personal training, but I think that goes for most gyms I’ve used. Have to say, it’s very clean and mrs or mr mop are always around cleaning. The customers however seem to be unable to put things back as they found them. Equipment is also well maintained Parking is always good. Entry app can be a bit hit and miss, ive been locked out a couple of times and there’s never any help when you need it. There is also a lot of young guys in groups, that dominate certain areas and just seem to be doing nothing other than using the gym to hookup, which tends to put off some of the lady’s in the gym, as the guys don’t realise they are actually being intimidating just something I’ve noticed! This is also quite common in most gyms. As a gay man it’s something I pick up on.

Members can check the gyms home page online for information on the un-staffed hours. Live QR codes need internet to work, or you can enter your Gym PIN into the keypad and press OK for the POD to open for you to enter the gym. Fantastic experience: Best gym ever, I love the gym.. the best part is it good a fantastic app.. that u can use to work out at home .. with guidance. Showing how each exercise is done… lovely workout, friendly environment and safe .. sometime I go around 10pm and I feel safe.. as it has at least 10 people or more in there so u not alone … Manny is one of the Personal Trainer —staff) he is very friendly and overall a nice guy… so much updated equipment, clean environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this gym since it opened in February. I love coming here. The staff are amazing and super friendly. The gym equipment it excellent. There is a huge amount of equipment to use along new ones coming in constantly. I love going to the fitness classes. There is always a class to get to throughout the day and evening, with a huge variety of classes to choose from. I love going to Manny's classes, they are full of intense workouts, but they are fun, a great laugh and always different each week, he even makes games and challenges for the classes at the end.

Positive experience: Everything you need at your disposal and for a temporarily fair price, what more could you ask for... my only complaint is that the Yanga Dispenser doesnt seem to work with my pin number(despite the fact I am registered in the gym and paid full subscription price every month) and yet it works with everyone elses, i dont know why thats the case but its really annoying to go through a workout only to come to the machine in the middle of a rest period and end up holding up the queue cos my pin isnt working

Positive experience: I got the 3 day pass, and it was a decent experience. Actually, it was more than decent, so I am increasing my initial rating. The equipment was enough and the gym provides good user experience.

Fantastic experience: Been to a lot of puregyms and I really liked this one. It’s a nice compact design with all the equipment I needed. It felt very clean and presentable with its staff are readily available

Positive experience: Would be 5 star if you didn't have to pay for parking, or go super early or super late to train just to beat the heavy crowded time
