Fantastic experience: Amazing fight gym with students ranging from beginner to world elite. I’d dare to say it belongs to the top 3 gyms I ever visited outside of Thailand. In particular, I recommend their 1:1 private training sessions. I’ve been training with Lyndon Knowles and I can see clear progression and have new improvements to digest after every session.

Negative experience: I lost 50pounds because my kid didn't want to go back after 1''session'' (it was a pure joke) kids playing around ,nothing to do with this discipline(strange all the 5star reviews).I supposed to pay 10 pounds for the session but left 60(a month cost) before training started ,didn't know what I was to come across.Went back next day ;there is an old lady at the reception ,informed her that my kid was not coming back (couldn't tell her the truth as per our conversation she was convinced about high level of training done there;no more comment).Conclusion:she was happy to keep my money for no logical reason although initially said they wouldn't accept cash,I let the readers convince themselves but the behavior can't be considered coming from a hearted person !I was quite surprised(twice went there)

Fantastic experience: Proper training gym with proper coaches. Good for all levels. Coaches who correct you and care as the class goes on. A lot of gyms will just have you running drills with no advice or guidance. Definitely worth the money. Respect to Anthony!

Fantastic experience: Very good combat gym for those who want to learn self defense and also get fit. High level coaches with high level fighter definitely a place I would recommend to go and train at.

Fantastic experience: We arrived from Switzerland as this gym was recommended and we were not disappointed, thank you all for making us so welcome. It felt like we were regulars and the atmosphere was electric. This is a beautiful family, everyone was also helpful on improving techniques and great support and pointers on improving our fighting skills. Thank you Natalie and Anthony.

Fantastic experience: I trained for a couple of months and felt comfortable with colleagues and instructors who were always available to teach you the right moves. The gym is a little bit small but not a big problem

Fantastic experience: Both my son and daughter attend the Knowlsey Academy training in kick boxing and they love it, Chris and all the other staff are amazing and made the kids feel so welcome and comfortable when they begun and are doing great in training them.

Negative experience: The staff was very rude with the students

Fantastic experience: I have been training there for about 4 years people and stuff from the gym are very nice and polite we are all a family in the gym I highly recommend tha gym we got good fighter's. Chris knowlesy is the best coach in the UK training world champions .
