Fantastic experience: Great place loads of machines friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I come up here for work and have spent ages looking for a decent gym in the surrounding area and I’ve finally found it. I’m only up here for a few days so they do a day pass which works well for me. A lot of gyms now are either chain gyms or small PT gyms but this place is more your old school type of gym with plenty of equipment. They have machines for everything you need, it’s not the newest equipment but this place trumps a puregym or the gym any day of the week! They have a stocked counter too if you want to purchase anything while you’re there and the staff are really friendly and welcoming too. Brilliant gym!

Positive experience: A great gym, solid prices , tonnes of equipment which is never too busy. Great boxing space upstairs. Some elements are a bit run down. But they are continuously updating and refreshing so it's a club with solid investment. Helpful staff and good opening times. Great gym if you want to just arrive and work out

Fantastic experience: Proper old school gym, fantastic friendly environment, great service from the staff, clean and has got everything, free weights and strong man equipment and every machine you could possibly use for a cracking training session. All in all a cracking gym
