Fantastic experience: A real gym rats gym, good atmosphere and decent amount equipment although coupd do with some decline equipment. basic app and sign up scheme. Some cool clothing you can purchase aswell. Price is exceptional considering the current economic climate where every company wants to Rob you. Now my go to gym.

Negative experience: Completamente decepcionado con la estancia en este gimnasio. La música muy, pero que muy alta. Limpian y aspiran el piso todo el tiempo, al mismo tiempo que hay personas haciendo ejercicios, niños pequeños corriendo por el local. Pero lo peor de todo, el comportamiento de la manager: es mal educada, grosera, con el mínimo interés en ayudar y también racista. Nunca había tenido yo problema en un gimnasio hasta que conocí a esta chica. Fue la causa por la que cancelé mi membrecía. Nunca jamás volvería a ese gimnasio.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or a pro you’ll be welcomed here & given any help you need. It’s got everything you need & the best equipment in Falkirk; they’ve utilised all the space they’ve got very well. They recently added showers too which is a bonus!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic 24 hour gym really good equipment and plenty of space. Staff are always friendly as well as the gym having a good friendly environment. They have a vending machine with cans of monster etc that takes contactless payments as well as selling protein shakes at the reception desk. Very good value for money especially compared to xercise4less in calender square! No negative points at all.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend the use of this gym facility Haven’t been for 4 months they took a payment from me 4 months later so I contacted immediately to be told that they won’t be refunding me

Fantastic experience: Small gym but ticks every box. No space wasted; it has everything you could need for an intense weights session and also the vital cardio equipment. I was very impressed with the wide selection of equipment and its availability aka not full of people sat there on mobile phones hogging machines. Staff very welcoming and other gym users were relaxed and smiley (as opposed to some gyms where everyone seems very serious!) Pricing is reasonable and parking is free and handy for access. Looking forward to a return visit.
