Fantastic experience: Amazing facilities friendly people

Fantastic experience: Outstanding gym! There is no where even comes close to this gym in the Swansea area. Whether you're into strongman, hyrox, martial arts, bodybuilding, or just getting a bit healthier, it is unmatched. Always a great atmosphere and the staff are brilliant. Their always willing to help and make you feel welcome. In particular Sophie is always very friendly and always greats you with a smile (even at 6am) I can't recommend this gym enough

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever been to. The equipment is first class, offers a huge range of classes, the music makes you feel as though you’re having a night out, the staff and members are all fantastic and there’s no other gym I’d rather train at. The fitness instructors are all experienced and passionate in their roles, making each class different from the last. I have lost a stone in weight training at the warehouse and I have gained some friends for life. Thank you Warehouse.

Fantastic experience: This place epitomises health and fitness - such a great gym, has absolutely everything. I don’t know any other gym that has invested in their facilities at the scale and rate at which this gym has - members come first here. Always a warm welcome every time I step in the gym. Really is a special place.

Fantastic experience: I attend the over 50s class on Saturdays. I was very nervous at first as I have a bad shoulder, but the instructors are so kind and professional, and work around my shoulder injury. Everybody at the warehouse is so friendly and always make you feel welcome. I look forward to my Saturday workout every week!

Positive experience: I was at this gym for about a year. Unfortunately while I was there the music was so loud at times I'd have to jam my earphones in as far as possible just to be able to hear my own music. Usually not possible so I just used them as earplugs to deafen the volume a bit. I understand it's a house music-themed place but there's limits and for me it was impossible to stay without compromise. The equipment is pretty great though as is the large space. Problems with refilling water since it was usually empty and waiting for someone to refill - not great when you're dehydrated. As far as gym culture it is a very social media oriented gym which eventually put me off but for some it will be a big draw. There are a LOT of steroid users as well which is a bit of a turnoff - some people clearly had too much and are whooping and screaming during their workout to a degree which is ... distracting.

Negative experience: Had a trial in the gym.. it’s not all it’s made out to be. Felt quite uneasy in there and people were unwelcoming. I felt as though I didn’t belong there. There was a strange smell in there as well and I couldn’t place my finger on it. Mix of unwashed people and body odour as well as let say “human gasses” probably the smelliest gym I’ve been too. I just stayed on the running machine because I felt too uneasy and out of place to use anything else. Very strange vibes. Anyhow, I don’t usually write reviews but since having the trial I’ve had non stop emails from the gym all throughout the day. I never opted in and have unsubscribed god knows how many times and still get bombarded with marketing. I also had a phone call after my trial from someone called Chris from the gym to ask if I was going to join etc. I told him how I felt and left it at that. I can’t remember ticking any boxes to say I was happy to be contacted? Especially via phone. Oh well.

Negative experience: Used to be a really good gym. Now the green space is unusable most of the time due to huge classes running around the gym and taking up all the equipment. They also leave all of their equipment all over the floor after the evening classes. And the coaches set up weights and boxes all over the floor of the green room in the evening for morning classes, so the whole area is now unusable after about 6pm. Music is way too loud all the time in both the green room and the main gym. Speakers are blasting so much you hear it over your own earphones even with noise cancelling, horrible environment. And the people controlling the music are using their personal spotify without spotify premium so have to listen to adverts blasting at full volume, unpleasant... The classes in the green room use all the equipment and never clean up after themselves, and even the area up the top is all full with no space for other gym users not in classes. Additionally there has been a huge influx of young kids running around the gym and just getting in peoples way. Would've recommended a few months ago, but now i'd rather go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Not my usual gym as I'm a member of the Village in Swansea which has a 25m heated pool.This is a very large gym with a large amount of the most modern equipment.Probably the best in Swansea.

Fantastic experience: The second I walked in I put on 10kg of pure lean contractile tissue The big angry men can be intimidating to begin with but after a few weeks I've realised their caress to be enveloping and tender

Fantastic experience: First time I’ve been there today for a children’s party. Whilst there I enquired about boxing for my 10 year old. I spoke a man who was so helpful and engaging. He honestly couldn’t do enough. After the party he showed my son around the gym and interacted with him amazingly. He said his son owned the gym. I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. He’s a credit to the gym and we will definitely be back!!!

Positive experience: Excellent venue and brilliant gym. However recently attended a rave here and the heat was unbearable. Spoke to many people who also had the same opinion, the heat was worse than many raves I’ve been to (I’ve attended my fair few) people were physically sick due to the heat, I just think maybe for the next one to have some fans placed around the room just to help with the heat :)

Fantastic experience: Blown away with what the team has achieved in the warehouse, for anyone who hasn't tried it, go! All shapes and sizes, Inclusive and full of classes, not to mention the added addition of the new groups of friends you will make. No one cares what you're doing, their just glad you're there putting in the effort too . There is a real community feel to the place and It's just getting better and better. Music? Well its amazing and full of the right stuff to get your brain into training mode! Thanks for making me feel so welcome. I'm already bringing friends and they are also falling in love with the place.

Negative experience: The venue are totally inconsiderate - disturbing local residents with young children when hosting excessively loud music events until the early hours of the morning.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, it would take far to long to list everything they have there but it's stacked full with stuff. there's tons of variety, you could be a professional athlete and train here and you still wouldn't be wanting. Think they have music events there too asides the expansive gym and classes. It's worth a trip to check it out you'll be blown away if your used to most gyms

Negative experience: Music far too loud. Even while wearing my headphones I could clearly hear the music being played on the gyms PA. Exercise bikes lacking a lot of adjustment. Combined with a box for drinks and phones bolted under the main display, that meant for my height my knees would hit the tray/box. Staff were very friendly and there were a lot of machines.

Positive experience: Went to white collar boxing really enjoyed the night

Negative experience: I had high hopes for this gym as its not too far from me but unfortunately its the worst gym I have been to. My first time there I explained I had signed up online and wasn't even offered to be shown around, no welcome was given, they just looked at me as if I had two heads when I didn't know where to scan my barcode. They seem to cram as many people into the gym as possible, its far too loud - I can't even listen to my own music through my headphones because its like a night club in there! Machines are crammed in with no room to move around them. No sanitiser available as the one pump I could see was empty every time I went there. Definitely not the gym for me

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, staff and facilities. Weights, cardio, boxing/MMA stuff, Sauna, good showers and just a general good vibe all hours of the day. Even when it's busy you can get on with a good workout. They need to turn the music down though. It's enough to give you a headache.
