Good Afternoon, firstly we would like to offer our sincere apologies that you had this experience whilst at one of our shows. As you will have seen yesterday our club isn't overly big and we are constantly reviewing whether the 3 toilets provided (1 female, 1 male and 1 unisex in the red corner dressing room) are enough for the amount of boxers/spectators entering the building on the day. For the previous two shows we paid for an extra portaloo, which was not subsequently used, therefore we took the decision to not hire one in on this occasion. The show was a great success which in turn brought more spectators to our doors than initially anticipated. Moving forward we will again review the toilet situation to ensure all are comfortable at the event. In regards to the fee, the boxer and coaches are not charged to enter the fight, however all spectators are asked to either pay £15 per adult and £5 per under 16s. As you can imagine putting on an event such as this there are many expenses that need to be met, i.e having the Doctor present, security staff boxing gloves and trophies etc, although we do review the fee we charge, and try to keep this as little as possible, we simply cannot run events such as this without taking a fee on the door from spectators. We hope this does not deter you from bringing your boxer back for any future fights and look forward to welcoming you down the club soon.
