Positive experience: Great place really cheap gym for what you get open 24hrs only reason I gave it four stars is that you can't go after 16.00 pm unless you enjoy going to the gym to not work out I go at 4am it gets it done and energies me for the day

Negative experience: Equipment and usage of the gym is a 5* from me however I saw something left on the floor in the showers which was there all week so the place isn't cleaned. Hygiene a zero* from me so 2* overall unfortunately due to the hygiene

Fantastic experience: The gym is spacious with a wide variety of machines available. The app is quite handy as it provides real-time information on the number of people in the gym, allowing you to choose less busy times if you prefer. As an introvert, I find the gym team to be friendly and approachable, always ready to assist with any questions about exercises or routines. I enjoy the majority of the classes they have available, particularly body pump, circuits, and bootcamp. Overall this gym is great value for money and great location.

Negative experience: Went to enquire about membership, acknowledged as lady was sorting something out and said she would return, never did return! Such poor customer service, hence they lost a potential customer.

Negative experience: Low quality, basic gym. Minimal range of cardio equipment. Dirty toilets, cubicles littered with toilet roll, urinals out of order on last visit. Lack of cleaning supplies - I had to use my own wipes on equipment. Awful parking situation if you’re forgetful like me - customer service is unhelpful. I would recommend paying more for an alternative, decent gym. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been at the gym for 2/3 months now and after deciding to go with the gym group, I couldn’t be more pleased. The environment is immaculate with everyone in the gym being friendly and supportive. You quickly become a part of a small community and you always see friendly faces wether it’s other gym goers or the gym group staffing team. The personal trainers (Martin and Lewis in particular) are great too. They’re super helpful on shift and even better when you have one to one coaching if that’s something you want to sign up for. The gym is massive, there’s always something for you to do (although 5-7pm can get busy). The price is great, and the quality of all the facilities such as the showers, gym equipment, and everything else is incredible. If you take one thing from my review, it’s that this gym is the best in Worthing.

Fantastic experience: This has become my favourite gym to go to! Staff is super friendly and always feel comfortable to approach them and ask questions!

Fantastic experience: Very easy to get to (right next to A27), loads of parking, Sainsburys and B&Q right next door (which is useful with Lidl coming soon), plenty of gym equipment and work out areas, showers and lockers (bring your own small padlock), Amazon delivery/returns locker in entrance (again very useful).

Positive experience: First visit, was great. The parking tablet was a mare, took a couple of minutes to type THREE characters. I was in a rush so not impressed with that.

Positive experience: The Gym Group itself is a great chain. This branch is a bit so so. There are lots of machines, but only space for two people doing squats - compared to Chichester which has 6 racks. The main complaint is lack of blue paper towels for cleaning down equipment - a small sign says it is for environmental reasons... so bring your own cleaning cloth if you want clean equipment.

Fantastic experience: Was really nervous to go on my own for the first time, but it was a really easy entry system, signs explaining what to do. Everything looked really clean, and I didn't have to wait for any machines.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in the world! It's got heavy stuff, machines and all sorts. There are lots of really strong people there, but a fair amount of normals, too, which is reassuring.

Fantastic experience: A really great gym. I was going at peak times (which is 5 -7pm most weekdays) and I was still able to hop on any machine I wanted without having to wait. The place is spotlessly clean. Everyone seems to do their bit cleaning up after them selves. The staff I have met have been super friendly.

Fantastic experience: Love Gym Group Worthing Been a member for quite a few years now. Have always found the equipment easy to use, equipment is generally always available, staff are super friendly, classes are great & variety of equipment is good too. Equipment gets fixed pretty quickly when it’s broken (which doesn’t happen often) & it feels like a very inclusive environment. Faith is my PT so a special shout out to her! Faith’s classes are particularly good too

Negative experience: Absolutely fuming, went to the gym at 5:15am was there for 40 mins, and roughly 3 weeks later a parking fine has come through the post for The Gym car park. What happened free parking, plus there is no way on earth that anyone goes to the gym for only 30 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Very good facilities, they have almost everything you can think of. Good value. Always clean. Staff are helpful.

Negative experience: Unbelievable, this Company are a bunch of thieves. I took out a student membership for 6 months then became ill shortly after which rendered me incapacitated, I have NOT used their facilities,better yet I have not even stepped into their building AT ALL since starting a membership with them, I have emailed and asked for a refund and they've said point Blank no, unless I provide a reason or PROOF...they Have ALSO said only unless I am Physically unable to attend the gym would they consider giving a refund COMPLETELY ignoring Mental Health issues! ... They say that you have 14 days to ask for a refund but how is it Anyone's fault for falling ill 15 days after! if you buy something and it's unopened you're entitled to a refund ..These people have no regard for rights and are Discriminating against people with both physical and Mental health Disabilities!!! DISGUSTING THIEVING COMPANY AVOID AVOID AVOID EMAIL: I understand that you have not made any visits too our facilities, but we ask that if you do would like a refund you would need to contact us 14 days after signing up for your membership. It was not my intention to make you feel uncomfortable, in your previous email you stated you were ill we would need some proof of illness as you're asking for refund 2 months after your membership started, as we do not usually offer refunds except if the member is physically unable to attend the gym. Positive experience: Please keep the toilets clean. Recently it will in a filthy state and I've been unable to use it. Otherwise spacious gym and good parking.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym. Been trying to go this year at least 4 times a month. Good range of equipment. If you don’t like it too busy sim to go between 11am-4pm. Or late at night. Gym instructors seem pretty welcoming and always say hi.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym facilities that are adequate quality and clean. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The membership price is student-friendly. Plus, you get perks to invite up to 4 friends/family a month. Worth the value of money!

Fantastic experience: Excellent in every way. The classes in particular are well run, varied and pitched to challenge all abilities. To name drop a few trainers, George and Lewis run really good classes and add their own personality to them to keep you engaged and motivated.

Fantastic experience: Joined after moving into the area. This is a great Gym. Really spacious, loads of equipment always available, and the classes are great! I never had the confidence to do classes at my old Gym, but here all the instructors are amazing and always make you feel welcome - even if you are just setting out and don’t have a clue! Particularly Bethany, her energy is infectious! Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: My first experience going back to a gym in many years. I was extremely nervous as wondered if the environment would be for me. Well I need not have worried the vibe is amazing . I had my induction with Toby who was kind, informative and listened to my goals and how to achieve them. I have since done a fair few classes with Martin who too is amazing and encouraging and I am seeing results in my first few weeks and couldn’t be happier. Well done Team Worthing ☺️.

Positive experience: So fed up of how consistently full this place is. 125 people at given times and thats 50% capacity supposedly? Yet when finally there you can barely get on anything. App tracking from busiest to quietest times is completely inaccurate. I would recommend to those that don’t mind rammed gyms because price is very worth it monthly overall for what you do have access too. Just waiting to use it

Positive experience: Only just joined but so far so good. Has a nice feel to it and is very clean. Much cheaper than other gym memberships, but has a really good choice of equipment and quite a few classes too. The Gym app is really good too; tracks your visits and shows you how busy the gym is.

Fantastic experience: Clean and well maintained, good monthly price, 24 hours is ideal. Car park is a bit of a pain now they’ve added restrictions.
