Fantastic experience: Best gym in Falkirk with coaches that really know their stuff. Definitely would recommend to new or experienced users. I recently attended the classes while pregnant and exercises were adapted accordingly and the encouragement given helped to keep me motivated.

Equipment in the the gym is great too! They have a good variery of equipment to keep workouts consistently challenging.
