Fantastic experience: I've been involved with the group a little over 2 years. I was aware Della O'Sullivan and the group because I had a newspaper article. I returned home from China and was clearing my desk and found the article. So I sent email and arranged to come to a class. I started one day a week then was doing 3 days a week. I was a bit apprehensive at first because I am over 70. But Della is extremely patient and everybody is very helpful. I'm never going to be a Bruce Lee should have started younger. But I'm sure I could get myself out of situation if necessary and dealing with the crowds on Black Friday . I don't consider it a school they are family ♥️

Fantastic experience: I've only been there a few months but have learnt a hell of a lot. The energy, vibe and people are amazing and welcoming, we all learn from each other no matter what level you're at. They teach theory and discipline as well as the physical training. It's about body and mind, and they push you out of your comfort zone in the right way with support and guidance. I'm visually impaired so I wanted something that was suitable for my condition... They modify techniques where needed for me, and make sure I can see what's going on at all times. As a group we'll occasionally do some of the training with our eyes closed so we can feel our way into it, which is great for me. Awesome teachers. Highly recommended. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with Phoenix Eye Wing Tsun :)

Fantastic experience: I want to start off by saying Sithu has been extremely caring when it came to my gender and pronounces giving me the space to be me and feel comfortable. So if you are a member of the LGBTQ+ you are welcome here! If you're a beginner and worried that training will be way to intense for you. I'm telling you now that Sithu (instructor) is the most accommodating and understanding marital arts teacher you'll ever come across. I've had a blast learning the system and understanding my own body. You will also have a chance to spar with other students of your level and learn a lot of how to move and defend/attack an opponent. This place is a family of people that accept one and other for who they are.

Fantastic experience: The best female Wing Tsun instructor in the world I have trained with Sifu Della for years and she has helped me develop my confidence and skills, i can't thank her enough. Her classes are fun and a amazing way to get fit. Woman and Men of all ages come and you become part of a family, and the summer camps that are held every year are an terrific way the bond with the group..

Sifu Della O'Sullivan is an excellent, incredibly talented teacher (Sifu), one of the best in her field, committed to the art and to teaching. Sifu Della O'Sullivan has technical precision, determination, sensitivity, acute attention and observation. She is able to guide you into a journey of self discovery and empowerment, and allows you to reach whatever goal you have set yourself for in martial arts; then pushes you to go further. She has effectively taught and put together a team of talented instructors and some of them have now opened their own branch of the Phoenix Eye Wing Tsun Association under the supervision and continuous guidance of Sifu Della. Her classes are for people of all ages, from kids to pensioners and there is a real sense of belonging to a familiy. Everyone looks after each other and steps in to help. A real representation of what an amazing person Sifu Della O'Sullivan is, mirrored in the school she has created and the instructors and students that stand by her side. Thank you Sifu. Grateful for your teachings and for the life principles you represent as a human being.

Fantastic experience: One amazing place to be. Sifu Della's teaching and dedication to her students is the best I've come across. Every time I think there's no way she always shows me the way. Her ability to adapt the techniques to any student - old or young and to their physical capabilities means that anyone can benefit from learning this beautiful art. As a student and mother to three boys, joining her kids class was the best thing for my boys. Except learning self defense they also learn respect and discipline. Overall feeling? Just great. The best kung fu family there is.

All the instructors are literally bursting with knowledge and ability which they gladly share. The students are always motivated and highly energetic. Traditional chinese values and humility, mixed with outstanding fighting ability. Such a great atmosphere to be in. Extremely welcoming from the moment you walk in. Learn at your level an pace while still being pushed to excel. Wing Tsun is such a unique art. So effective and powerful, while so intricate and clever. It has a long history with so many things to learn, and the instructors excel in its application and teaching of it. Cannot give the school a high enough rating, or recommend it enough. Wether you just want to do some basic self defence, learn advanced techniques for protecting others or become a grandmaster - Dulwich Wing Tsun can get you there!
