Fantastic experience: The best weightlifting club / gym around! The equipment, coaches and atmosphere are second to none and very reasonable prices too. Don't go to one of those conglomerate gyms that don't care about anything except your money, support local! Just look at all those smiling faces and that was before the amazing new renovations!

Fantastic experience: A gigantic upgrade from what it used to be. A smaller gym with plenty of equipment and a focus on weightlifting. The space is clean, tidy with plenty of room to use everything safely.

Fantastic experience: The new gym is now open and the end result is unreal. 10 platforms for weightlifting, free weights area, outside training area including plenty of cardio equipment plus a 3g pitch. Really something for everyone at a very good price. Obviously with the Callard family running the show, weightlifting will always be the jewel in the crown and I would 10/10 recommend it to any lifters in the Kent/Essex area as a second to none gym.

Fantastic experience: Just be been taken over by new owners Europa Weightlifting Club. A good friendly old- skool gym. No attitude. No posers. I've been training here since it was was the Big 4 gym. It will be undergoing a refurbishment in 2 weeks time- so it will cater for bodybuilding, weightlifting, fitness.

Positive experience: I've only been a few times but intend to go regularly as it's so close to where I live. Seems to be mostly a weightlifting gym, and I'm only after a bit of cardio, mainly bikes and a few machines. I'm a shy, lanky streak of piss but everyone seems pretty friendly and I don't feel out of place. Seems quite empty a lot of the time despite having a TeamGB powerlifting champ/coach and his son who both work and train there.

Fantastic experience: Top gym with great staff. All very cheerful and helpful. They always wait while I finish workouts, though it's past closing time! Definitely would reccomend to all.
