Negative experience: Made what I thought was a reasonable request to management for goodwill due to a personal issue and financial oversight, only to be dismissed with seemingly little to no consideration. Customers well-being should be absolutely top priority. Maybe not here.

Fantastic experience: Tried this place out over my normal gym and switched. There's decent equipment, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant and collaborative as everyone is there to do their own thing, no a******* or judgements, which is a breath of fresh air, as you tend to get it at most gyms (there's always one). Really glad I joined as a member and will continue to be for years to come, a welcomed business addition to Ibstock.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff who create a motivating and positive atmosphere. Any issues such as inevitable breakages of kit are delt with quickly. In general a really friendly, non intimidating and well equipped gym.

Negative experience: Very cliquey staff, overheard them speaking negatively about gym members and mocking them. Manager only seems to sweep problems under the rug and push out people that try to call out poor behaviour. More like a school playground than a gym, with constant gossiping and nastiness. Sadly, the bad staff outweigh the few good ones. Avoid!

Fantastic experience: Really great local gym! Always greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff who are always on hand to help. Especially my PT Jaimie who deserves a shout out!

Negative experience: Reported an incident of bullying to a member of staff, only to be laughed at. Asked to speak with the manager to simply be told no. Have since been in touch with Manager who has chosen to sweep it under the carpet and ignore my concern. They clearly think homophobia and bullying in a gym is acceptable. Avoid this place at all costs

Fantastic experience: A great little gym, everything you need to carve out a decent training session and not overly busy during off peak which is perfect... well worth the £26 per month!

Positive experience: pretty good for a small sized gym, the service is what took me by surprise. they are very wise with applicable knowledgeable advice which has me in the position to recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Superb gym - tons of kit, plenty of space to move without tripping over people, nice atmosphere. Even has a dedicated track for sled pulls. Friendly staff too.

Fantastic experience: My 13 year old son and I had our first session at Rise on Sunday morning and found it a welcoming and comfortable place to work out. They have a great selection of equipment and the staff (Tom in particular) were friendly and helpfull too.

Fantastic experience: Well spec'd gym for a relatively small village. Very friendly vibe. I have been going to Rise since it opened back in October and have never had any issues. Good blend of cardio and strength equipment, onsite parking, fully equipped spin facility and good changing room facilities.

Fantastic experience: Just had a try at one of the bikes and loved it! Got induction booked , so looking forward to that! Friendly place felt really at ease
