We are a new gym, where well-equipped state of the art facilities and brilliant services are offered for an enjoyable and fulfilling member experience.
We facilitate a mixed gym consisting of a large free weights area and cardio, as well as a separate ladies gym and separate ladies & mens steam rooms.
Our exquisite Padded out Grapling room, MMA & boxing arena is a spotlight to work out in with a professional boxing ring, and MMA cage, punch bags and much more.
To up your game, our fitness instructors will help assist your personal progression of fitness and health. We also offer instructor led spin classes, a variation of other Free Fitness sessions.
Fantastic gym with great equipment and staff. It caters for everyone: body builders, power-lifters, strong men, mma fighters, boxers, cross fitters, cardio bunnies, novices, recreational lifers.
Best Gym in WestBrom, i came once to chceck how it is, and it was enough to decide to stay for longer there.Good equipment, staff, atmosphere, Good Job !!!
Went to the boxing exercise workout, this was intense but I loved it. The guy who takes the session is a top bloke has time for everyone and puts you through your paces.
It is the best gym ever. I went to different gyms, and just in there I enjoy my sessions the most. I have met there many good people/friends, customer service is on very high level, always helpful.
Great Gym for me to train and train my clients. All the facilities I need , a great atmosphere and great staff !! Thanks to Harvey and Mani for all the help!!

Fantastic experience: What can I say? Incredible gym with lots of top equipment and it's spotless. Staff are great and the tunes are banging to motivate you. Highly recommend if you are visiting and not wanting to use a gym of a 'pure' nature.

Positive experience: Love the gym, i go there regularly but can't give 5 stars coz i have had one or two unpleasant experiences. Just be careful of some lowlifes acting like a gangster and ready start a fight.

Positive experience: I have going to this gym for 2-3 years and have never had any issues, up until the worker Carolina came up to me very aggressively calling me rude and disrespectful because I didn't put some weights back. Of course I will put them back but I am very disappointed by this as I've been going for a long time and would've hoped that if my behaviour in the gym wasn't correct I wouldve been informed sooner, and in a more polite manner. The sarcasm and rudeness was not necessary at all. The rest of the staff are great and the gym is excellent.

Negative experience: I'm sure these people do not understand English after explaining that my daughter uses the gym and it's her who pays for her membership, they tell me because I did not return their fob that's why they charged me £5. I have not had any dealings with these people from February when my daughter took over payment so why have these people still go my bank details. I will be visiting my bank to report this .
