Positive experience: Nice clean gym plenty of room and lots of equipment. Showers way to hot though have asked on numerous occasions to get maintenance to fix this to no avail.

Positive experience: It’s part of a large indoor sports complex. The gym itself is clean , equipment in terms of machines quite new or well maintained. It’s biggest let down is the incredibly small free weights section. Not bad if you live locally otherwise it can be a 20 min drive or more depending on where one resides to get to. Personally this gym is not for me but might suit someone looking for a cheap no frills gym.

Negative experience: Instructors are great and they have a great selection of LesMills classes. Though, the car park is a real let down and the management team is not that bothered about it. Price increased a few months ago but nothing was done for the car park, some events are all ran on the same day/at the same time (football, tennis, gymnastics, gym classes, other external events, etc) and there is nowhere to park. Customers end up being late, as well as the instructors and there is only so much we can do (leave early). It’s a shame because I enjoyed the gym but ended up leaving for the price/car park - not worth getting stressed on a Saturday morning.

Fantastic experience: I love it here, it's got a fabulous gym, a running track, provides studio classes for every taste, a 5 star tennis club, badminton, and more. It has an efficient booking system, a dedicated training staff, and a welcoming little cafe to fall into after your workout. Oh, and the best reception staff anywhere. What more could you want? Give the lovely membership team a ring.
