Negative experience: There is no gym in the world that is like this one, one that will be on your case all day everyday about your time limit in the gym and gives you small workout plans that personally hasn’t got me anywhere other than smaller than what I am currently.

Fantastic experience: Good equipment. Plenty and a wide range to allow a good number of users to work out. Currently have CV19 restrictions but they seem to work well. Can link in with MyWellness App so I can track my workouts etc. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Not the biggest in the world but generally can cope with being busy. Lots of classes run here which appear to be very well attended. They also support rehab of a variety of conditions.

Fantastic experience: I like this place because it's got decent parking, it's pay as you go (if you want it to be), and the staff are friendly and helpful. They've got a good selection of equipment and once you've got a membership for one of the Falkirk Community Trust gyms you can use them all. If classes are your thing check out their website, it looks like they've got pretty much something for everyone. The weather has been utterly miserable for the last couple of months (Jan & Feb) and I'd rather stay indoors than go out in the sort of weather we've had lately so I've had my moneys worth recently.

Positive experience: Pretty decent only thing i didnt like was lots of filthy people not cleaning equipment after use. Staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful

Positive experience: Needs another Squat rack and rid of that daft thing in the middle of the gym take up so much room it has so little use

Negative experience: Ok staff , only seen 1 person that works there 'in shape' , 1 guy is literally obese.. and the 'buff guy' that works there is weird as if he tries to put on a deeper voice when he talks to people or something haha , gyms way too small , not enough equipment ect.. during the week school kids come in and it's just 'too busy' but really theres probably about 15 people in

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Good new equipment. Tend to go off-peak so rarely have to wait on any of the equipment that I'm going to be using. Downside is that the space restricts the amount of equipment that they have and there is only one studio for fitness classes which limits the amount of classes that they put on here. With the membership here though you can use any of the other Active Health and Fitness gyms which allows you to attend classes there as well.
