Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful. All other spas allow 2 hours of the facilities- this spa only allows 60 minutes. That would be fine if they didn’t expect you to shower in this time too. If you want to use the pool or the gym, you have to rush, or have your treatment hot and sweaty. The staff member was so rude and unaccommodating and treated me like a child. I didn’t even want the facial after being made to feel so terrible. Completely ruined my experience. For such an expensive treatment- you expect better. You expect to be able to have time to wash your hair… Aires Spa and the Corinthia allow 2 hours. Go there instead. I will never visit here again.

Fantastic experience: Nice place , fairly quiet. They claim that the pool is chlorine free, didn't smell to me. Changing room is also very clean and orderly

Fantastic experience: My partner treated me to a massage given by Tatiana yesterday. It was simply divine. I had the spa all to myself (mid afternoon on a sunny Saturday) and felt thoroughly spoiled after. I carry quite a lot of tension in my upper shoulders and neck, which dissipated after Tatiana's treatment. I'll most certainly be back again.
