Negative experience: The owner is a narcissist

Fantastic experience: Love this place!

Fantastic experience: Superb gym, friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Well worth a visit. A refreshing change from the big players.

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would. What absolute disgusting company. I paid £100 for a 4 week meal plan just for receive 2 breakfast options, 2 lunch options and 2 dinner options!!! Who is going to eat the same thing every other day for 4 weeks!!!! Their excuse is that customers wouldn’t want to cook different meals each night, then why advertise a 4 week plan. £100 for nothing. They won’t offer a refund even though I haven’t received the service advertised.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing place, the actual building is so aesthetically pleasing and the staff are so wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Followed real life health and fitness on Instagram for years now, I love everything they do, I've been an online member and bought most if not all of the online plans including monthly subs and there the best, always there to help whenever needed. Never actually been to the gym but I'd definitely love to go just from my online experience, everyone there seems so real and nice. I'd definitely recommend these guys!

Fantastic experience: From starting at real life I felt welcomed instantly, the whole team are so lovely and uplifting! You’re provided with constant support during pt sessions and classes, as well as on the Facebook page and your online account. It is a proper community where everyone is committed to help you reach goals and gain confidence. I couldn’t fault the place!!!
