Anytime Fitness Hertford

Fantastic experience: Best gym around! I'd been too nervous to even set foot in a gym before AF Hertford, but when I joined here I was welcomed by the kindest, funniest, highly qualified PTs and made to feel very comfortable. There is a vast range of equipment and it is all well maintained. Always clean and Lauren keeps the weights nice and tidy. Plus they've just had a spicy refurbishment! Would deffo recommend! 2 hours free parking can also be found in Tesco's around the corner.

Positive experience: Great gym but does get busy during the afternoons

Positive experience: It's okay training wise, but where situated, there are parking restrictions until the evening, otherwise people park in ghe Tesco local.

Fantastic experience: I joined Anytime Fitness Hertford as a member in February (my first ever membership to any gym, ever!) and I am completely blown away by how wonderful this place is. I was quite apprehensive about going to ‘the gym’, it felt really daunting, but as soon as I stepped foot in AF Hertford I immediately felt at ease. Some of the things I love: - Kind, friendly and helpful staff - Great atmosphere and nice clients - Spacious and well organised - High spec equipment, well maintained - Not full of gym bros or cliques - Inclusive and welcoming - Support and coaching provided. That’s it! No negatives! I love it here and feel very at home, important when I am spending 4/5 days per week here. Thank you AF Hertford

Positive experience: Good gym but the problem it’s on the cold days it’s cold inside, not enough heating. I been in others AF and to be honest the temperature was much different inside. Only good when you do cardio and you warm up…

Positive experience: It's a nice clean gym with friendly staff. One thing that let's it down is its size, they should seriously consider buying the space below them and double its size. I've recently cancelled my membership to go to a bigger gym with more space as I found the free weights area cramped, this is at their quiet times as well.

Positive experience: Great gym, lots of fantastic equipment! Only issue was with other members being inconsiderate not reracking weights, and leaving things out all over the place.

Positive experience: Great gym, has everything you need and the staff are lovely and helpful. I only wish the bathrooms were cleaned a little more regularly.

Fantastic experience: Open 24/7 with a good amount of equipment. Never used the classes but the machines and free weights are generally available and always working. Lots of benches and press options. Highly recommend as I go late at night and there are very few people around.

Fantastic experience: We are not members,but two members of staff (sorry should have got their names) came to my wife's assistant when she collapsed outside the club, and stayed with us till the ambulance came, what lovely people, can not praise them enough.went over and beyond, looking after her .This I am sure is why your club is successful, and members giving you high recommendations , Wishing you all the best for the future..

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the best gym in Hertford. Much bigger than people think it is from the outside. Great free weights area with a wide range of kit. 24 hour entry with your key fob and multi site access to other Anytime gyms too! Staff are welcoming and friendly. The virtual classes are handy as they are available 24hours a day. Lots of evening instructor lead classes too! Check the gym out they do a one day free pass!!

Negative experience: The only thing that warrants the stars are that it’s 24hours. You pay £35.00 per month for no parking spaces, and a small gym with too many people signed up to be able to visit during peak hours.

Positive experience: Very good gym. Good equipment. However no locker room and only 3 shower rooms are sometimes unacceptable.
