Fantastic experience: Great old style gym with a 24h program and absolutely genuinely kind staff.

Fantastic experience: Popped into Bodyworx whilst travelling for work. A hidden gem, some great pieces in there, nautilus leg ext, pendulum, Cybex row etc, 45 degree smith. The gym is super easy to access and immaculately kept, everyone I spoke to was super friendly. If you’re ever in Melton Mowbray give it a visit.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great, equipment is kept in good condition, plenty of weight plates so you don’t have to wait to use them. Owners have a fantastic attitude towards everyone doing their best to cater for everyone’s needs. This gym is kept clean at all times and the fellow gym members are also great to workout with. Highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: This gym located in Central Melton and easily accessible is one of the best gyms I've been two in the years I've been training. It's not the flashiest or most well equipped, but the pricing is fair, it has all the facilities you'd need, and plenty of equipment for any of the training you'd want to do. Primarily the staff and owners are all wonderful, and it's the family vibe of the gym that will keep you coming back. Highly recommended if you want a friendly 24hr gym.
