Fantastic experience: Best local gym ever. All the PTs are the friendliest I've ever met. Liv in particular, we've always struggled to get our diaries to synchronize and even though I can't book her she is one of the friendliest PTs I've met, and always goes out her way to say hello when I'm in the gym. Deon and Anca are also super helpful and run solid Classes, Amy's S&C is a killer! I've only had one bad experience where the gym was at full capacity and I couldn't get on equipment and someone actually stole my dumbbells from under my nose. Luckily not had that since but if it became a regular occurrence it would be a bigger issue. Generally, I can get on everything I want to.

Fantastic experience: Good space, more than reasonable day pass and very helpful staff. Sauna is excellent as are the changing rooms. Small space but everything you need is there.

Positive experience: The gym is clean, however the rooms are very small and there aren't many machines. The staff is friendly though.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym and have been thoroughly impressed - I particularly enjoy the classes they offer. The staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful, ensuring a positive experience during every visit. The gym is impeccably clean, creating a hygienic environment for workouts. The atmosphere is welcoming and conducive to a productive workout. Overall, I highly recommend this gym for its professionalism and exceptional service. The smoothies are great too! Five stars!

Positive experience: Great gym, good range of equipment for a small space and all the people who work here are lovely. Lots of great PTs working out of here too. Only two downsides for me; 1. the class space is really small so it's quite hard to get booked onto the classes unless you're on it the day the slots are released and 2. I'm not sure they have an air conditioning system, at least not one that services the entire gym, as it is genuinely so hot all the time.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant gym and it’s never a chore coming here. It’s always spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Membership is a reasonable price too. My only gripe would be that the classes are released at odd times and the app makes it hard to cancel classes which means people miss out.

Negative experience: Tried to join a membership today, felt like they didn’t want my custom

Fantastic experience: What an amazing clean gym, staff are so polite and I really enjoy attending the classes are so unique and the instructors take time to hear about ur injuries and give you extra knowledge

Positive experience: Nice but small gym. A bit pricy compared to others where you pay half the price and where you have more space. Often too busy and no space - especially no floor space as mostly taken by PTs with their clients. Also why does the music have to be so loud? In the end a gym is not a club or a bar.

Fantastic experience: Really amazing gym ,new and beautiful,the women’s bathrooms have even pads and hand lotion!! Nice staff,the only minuses-one bench press and the functional area is right by the squat racks.

Fantastic experience: Fab gym - really friendly people at the desk and gym equipment is always clean and well looked after. It's also not crowded and full of people just looking to socialise! Also a really even split of men and women all areas.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant gym. Beckenham has been crying out for a gym on the high street for ages and now we have one. Very friendly staff, well maintained machines and clean facilities. Love it!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good value, lots of machines and weights. Have never had to wait for any of the machines. The changing rooms are a little on the small side but not a major issue. The staff are all really helpful and friendly, the place is always super clean and tidy. Music absolutely slaps.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym with great facilities! The team are great too and always welcome you with a warm hello. I would also recommend the classes, particularly Katherine's as they are always challenging. She brings amazing energy to each class (even at 6am) and has excellent music playlists-you can tell she enjoys planning and prepping for her classes! Her Box and Burn class is the one I try not to miss each week as it's so good. It's a mix of boxing punches and combinations on pads with weight training (amrap/circuits).

Fantastic experience: Smashing place with great new equipment and friendly staff. One of best gyms in and around Beckenham. Would love to see extended opening hours on weekends.

Negative experience: Last time I went they were rude, telling me I owe them hundreds of pounds when I’ve only been there 5 times in my life all paid for, acting as if I’ve been frauding I them.. pfhh… Found that very rude. They should get their facts straight before they start giving an attitude.

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful, clean, well-lit and stylish gym. Just off the high street, it’s not huge but uses the space really well and has plenty of technogym equipment: treadmills, bikes, weights, rowing machines, bikes, stair climbers and elliptical machines. Staff are friendly and helpful. Membership is very reasonable. The changing rooms and showers are clean and modern. There are hairdryers and straighteners in the changing rooms too. Haven’t used the sauna yet but great there is one. There is also a little cafe that sells healthy snacks, smoothies and coffee. Excited to try the yoga/spinning classes soon too. A fantastic gym - really glad we have this in Beckenham now!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, cleanest & most chill gym i have been to. Would recommend to those who like a quiet, clean gym to workout in.

Negative experience: Closes at 7pm on a Saturday. Way too early. They should at least allow people to swipe in themselves like pure gym

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing , it has the same equipment as Third space. Super clean and great . Also membership is really affordable. Absolutely worth it !

Positive experience: Really like the equipment and staff. They are friendly and keep things clean. Only complaint is that the music is way too loud. You basically have to listen to whatever they want to play because you can't hear anything on your own headphones.

Fantastic experience: Just a new and perfect gym in the heart of Beckenham - sorely needed. I had hoped the old Mercedes garage on Wickham Road would become a gym, but Reshape is even closer to me so I'm not complaining. Lovely staff, all brand new Technogym equipment, very reasonably priced, and I hope they manage to stay for a long time.

Fantastic experience: I've been to many gyms around the city and can confirm that this fledgling gym has great service and facilities for the price. Just make sure you hold up your end and turn up regularly!

Positive experience: Great little gym , went there 2 days ago, calves are still fairly destroyed which means the kit there is doing a bettter job than what I have been using. Superb technogym ham curl and hyp ext bench . Only a few suggestions:- If it gets busy then there will not be enough 20 kg plates to go round , esp if someone is going big on leg press.I think a few additinal attachments are going to be needed for the cable machines. Can we also have additional Ez fixed barbells, at present there is only one ez bar and it belongs to the preacher curl. But thats just recommendations not criticisms. Its a great gym , friendly staff who actually greet he customers and a very nice vibe, clean and tidy and not overcrowded like a lot of the local gyms,. impressive.

Fantastic experience: We recently visited this gym and were really impressed with how professional, welcoming and friendly the staff were as well as the range of equipment and facilities available. There’s a wide variety of equipment to use and the atmosphere is clean and airy. Staff always on hand for any concerns and constant cleaning of equipment was taking place - we will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! I am loving all the latest Technogym equipments. My favourite right now is the leg press and the skillrun high performance treadmill.

Fantastic experience: Just joined this gym. I have seen this take shape and have been looking forward to it opening. As I work in Beckenham now be in there in the mornings . 21 October update Been there two times this week and both time had a really good workout and my friend really liked it and definitely going back . Going tomorrow too .
