Friendly welcoming staff & more equipment than you will ever need make this THE place to train in Norwich. Next to no wait time to get on machines or benches as there are so many to choose from.

Fantastic experience: Been there 3 times over the easter break and fully pumped is one of the (if not THE) best gyms I've ever been to. Incredibly well equipped, nice staff and great playlists! £5 day pass is an absolute bargain!

Positive experience: Very good gym in regards equipment and atmosphere. Few things that would make it better. 1. It needs to be warmer in winter. Injury risk at that temperature and can't really get a sweat on. 2. Music should be a little quieter to give the option for members to use headphones. So loud you would hear two lots of music. 3. More benches in the changing room. If two people using there is no where to put your stuff. 4. More mirrors. Lots of empty wall space. Mirrors is motivating. If this would increase membership. I think we would all happily pay more for some heating.

Fantastic experience: Literally the best gym I've ever Been to , it's got every thing you need in equipment and probably more ,the staff are really helpful and thrive in helping you get your gains you need ,there is all different types of body builders using this gym and each and everyone love to help , I cannot recommend this gym enough, I've never done gyms before and was extremely nervous but I'm so glad I went as they made me feel at home , the more inexperienced you are the more they want to help ,,thank you guys for making me feel so welcome

Negative experience: Can't rate a gym higher than 1 star which doesn't have a water fountain or free water option. My options were buy water or use the hot tap in the changing room. There's a tap behind reception but staff aren't allowed to give away free water. A quick Google search indicates this is illegal so won't come back in a hurry.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Norwich by far! Clean gym with plenty of equipment. A separate room for each body part (Back, Legs, Chest and Shoulders, Abs, Cardio and free weights. The gym has a great vibe, staff are welcoming. It’s one of those gyms that when you start training you don’t want to stop!

Fantastic experience: where to start !!! Unassuming entrance ..not the best looking building but once inside ...wallop !!!! What a gym !!...fully kitted out with hammer strenghth machines mostly plate loaded everywhere The gym has large seperate rooms all split by muscle groups back room..... chest room...... shoulder room..... leg room.... free weights room .......cardio room Definately be back

Fantastic experience: Trained at some of the biggest and well known gyms across the UK and Fully Pumped makes the top list for sure! Blown away by this gym. Equipment, layout, lighting, music, atmosphere all spot on! Can’t wait to go back.

Negative experience: The owner is unwelcoming rude arrogant unpleasant doesn't have a conversation walking past no manners no respect not a single hello its common courtesy. some of the staff don't have a clue how gym membership works they had to contact the owner for information some of the staff was unprofessional and rude unqualified. Multiple times we discussed joint membership with the staff and it was agreed upon and they got it wrong they've made multiple errors the owner having to correct there mistakes. The customer is always right wont be making it up for the fun of it. The atmosphere is very unsettling makes you anxious many people in there are arrogant rude and having this tough guy persona staring you out. They don't have a water fountain and it encourages buying drinks from there fridge id recommend bringing your own. There isn't a gym on this scale with the amount of selection of weights lot of variety so constantly getting a good workout different angles. Payment is frustrating as you have to pay cash every Time. I wont be coming back here as its unsettling if the owner and the staff wasn’t so rude it’ll be bearable.

Friendly staff, impeccably clean, Knowledgeable PT's who are always on hand to help. Fantastic experience: I noticed one reviewer commented there is a lack of cardio equipment - my response to that is that you can go to any other gym for that....what you can't/won't find anywhere else are weight training facilities and equipment on this scale. Who ever kitted this place out knows their stuff - they have cherry picked the best bodybuilding equipment available on Earth (no exaggeration!) I feel very fortunate that I only have to drive an hour to visit - the time/fuel is worth it - and cheaper than having to fly to the USA to find a similar gym!! :) Hammer Strength Heaven!!

Negative experience: Winter season - always cold they are saving on heating . Summer - hot as fu.k. They have no air conditioning the funniest part is that there is some ventilators spread across gym BUT some pseudo trainers which are working for the gym are taking them for themselves. Fitness area... Hmm always occupied by some kind of "NORWICH FITNESS CLUB" and you cannot enter there because private session is in progress I'm paying for the gym so it gives me the right to use all equipment but the owner does not see a problem. There are no lockers, MAY" We will have them soon " December - still nothing. FINALLY the last case. Some kind of bodybuilder was about to visit gym. MASSIVE EVENT almost like a POPE PILGRIMAGE . So you have to pay £30 for a ticket OR you have to leave a gym before his arrival :D. I forgot to mention about toddlers fooling around while you are lifting weights AND it YOURS responsibility to be careful not their parents. Do not recommend.
