Fantastic experience: One eh the best gyms av used. It has everything you will ever need. Well maintained equipment. Friendly staff that are always willing to help. Lots of classes to choose from that are included in the monthly cost(not expensive at all) Defo 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I have trained here for years. Having trained in many gyms over the years, this gym has what most people need. I like the free weights mostly, squat racks are good and the olympic bars can be loaded very heavy. There are heavy dumbbells unlike many gyms that max out at 40 - 50kg. Upstairs there is the studio for classes and heavy bags for boxing/striking as well as more squat racks. There are bikes for spin classes amongst other cardio equipment and plenty weights machines too. There are shower and locker facilities to use. Opening hours are long and it's inexpensive for a membership. Staff are friendly and somehow still put up with me. Dougie

Fantastic experience: I joined Balbirnie Gym 3 weeks ago after I moved back to Scotland . Great gym, amazing value for money , staff are really friendly, attentive and helpful, I love the Pump, Circuit, 20’s plenty and HIIT classes…great gym equipment too…

Fantastic experience: Quality atmosphere in this gym, nice n dark so you don't have to treat it as a fashion show. Good equipment and staff.

Positive experience: A wonderful gym in great surroundings. The price per month at currently £18 is spectacular as this includes unlimited gym use and classes. Lots of weight machines and cardio equipment raff are friendly and supportive. Gym is suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: It is a Excellent wee Gym in Glenrothes with great Equipment and classes the Staff are very Kind,Polite and Caring.

Positive experience: Great small gym with plenty kit for both weights and cardiovascular workouts. Good selection of classes available if you want one. Only downside in my view is the loud music - it can be deafening and if you are over 20 years of age then you'll probably hate the music that is being played. Certainly not Smooth fm!

Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly and can give advice if needed. Wide range of equipment. Other people that go are friendly. All in all, it's good^_^

Positive experience: No Les Mills classes or late evening classes is the only downside but great place and staff otherwise.

Positive experience: I have been a member for many years and feel comfortable going there. Needs to pay attention to quality of equipments and when t.v and machines can take ages to put right when not working.

Fantastic experience: Balbirnie is a great gym, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The gym has a wide range of training equipment and loose weights to suit everyone. Membership cost is very reasonable. Over all a great experience. The only down side is the early closing on a Saturday afternoon.

Negative experience: Loved the gym but they will continue to lose members because the manager doesn't value them or she chooses to select who she values and lies about conversations that have taken place rather sad because with the right leadership and some cash spent on the equipment also no heating in the place in today's world you must make a place feel comfortable one member of staff is excellent her name is Susan
