Fantastic experience: They have x2 instavolt rapid chargers, and the public are allowed to charge which is brilliant if you live in North Wales and drive an electric vehicle every day, for 3hours.

Negative experience: Don’t buy a lodge or caravan . Aftersales service is shocking . The worst I’ve ever experienced. Over 12 mths since we paid in full for a caravan and snagging item on main oven still not rectified . No feedback on progress apart from it’s with someone else . They take your money quickly and ground fees are overpriced . Spa , resort and dining in general first class. Be careful …

Positive experience: Lovely restaurant, fabulous food. Would have been 5 star but a few errors made by the staff let it down. Wrong wine brought to the table and the bill was all wrong, but that aside staff were very friendly and couldn't apologise enough so a very good night was had by all.

Fantastic experience: Went today for a top to toe massage, 1 hour use of fasilities and lunch. Every thing was amazing. We has the place to ourselves. The therapist was lovely explained everything, pool, hot tub was lovely. Food was fantastic. Will definatly be booking again.

Negative experience: We had a home here for 5 years. It is a lovely site. Once you sign the agreement they are no longer interested in you. Every year the fees went up. The home next door to us are paying 2k more then we were. The site just charge what they want. Each contract has different charges we had to pay for them reading meters you have to pay for Security £800 pa We sold our van with no help from Darwin and had to give them 9k for doing nothing Darwin are greedy and don't care about there customers. Beware of hidden cost

Fantastic experience: Great beach. Dog friendly. Be prepared to find the parking difficult on Sundays if the weather is good. Come off the A55 at junction 17 ... Head for Aberconwy Resort and Spa. Sea is clear and relatively warm too. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Great place with a lovely beach. Lacks an informal coffee shop/ bar which is open till 9 in the evening that is dog friendly with outside seating for summer evenings.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here for 2 nights in a friend's caravan. This is an excellent caravan site. Feels secure and safe. Its very clean and has great restaurant and bar facilities. Also extremely well placed to visit Conwy, Llandudno etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Negative experience: Waited quite a while in reception before I was noticed, I asked if I could use the pool despite not being being a resident and was told they do not offer day passes. The website does say open to the pupil but I must have misinterpreted that.
