Negative experience: Joined Gym group with Ultimate membership- which means i should be able to use any of their gyms in the UK. This is untrue. It does not work. I have tried several attempts and the staff are unhelpful just shrugging shoulders saying i have to contact head office- done waste your moneh

Fantastic experience: Great location. Well equipped.
Positive experience: The environment is good but the arrangements of the machine are not adequate, could be improved if machines are arranged and the space is planned and occupied perfectly, other than that, facilities and cleanliness is good and not crowded which is 4.5/5 gym. Could be 5/5 when the the arrangements are done good. Just a suggestion.

Fantastic experience: Long term member, great staff, lots of equipment, unlimited usage, price includes classes if you wish, clean, well maintained throughout. Individual showers. PT sessions available as well. Whether it is cardio or muscle, there is something for everyone. On top of that, superb value.

Fantastic experience: First gym I've ever joined that I've actually stayed with (12 months now) which is a record for me!! Love the wide selection of equipment which I use through PT sessions and I also attend different gym classes over 5 days. Staff are all very friendly and always helpful. Very nice toilet/shower/changing facilities. 5 stars all the way.

Positive experience: Spacious with decent equipment. Good amount of machines, racks, dumbbells and some classes. Any more than 30 on site then you might find it tough to get on kit. A lot more phone scrollers sat at kit than exercisers lately though tbf

Positive experience: It's very easy to book a guest pass online. The gym was clean with a good amount of equipment available for its small size. It was quiet when I went but I can imagine it getting busy very quickly and could be difficult to get on the kit, especially in the free weights area.

Negative experience: Scam, its meant to be a rolling membership that I cancelled. The gym group went straight to my bank and still took money after I cancelled my direct debit. Then sent my details to debt collector. Don't listen to the staff they are liars

Negative experience: Only signed up to use punchbag which you can’t use during classes and the bag is in front of a wall leaving half the bag unable to use. Very poor positioning more of a decoration.

Negative experience: The trainer of flex stretch is very rude , apparently no one is allowed stand or be in that entire area when her class is on. The class wasn’t even full, only 6 people maximum . Other trainers never told me off before , but she would pause the class and told me to leave that area, she goes“ there’s a class on so you’re not allowed to be in this area . “ okay…. I was literally just trying to grab a weight bag and stay in a farthest corner do my own workout , Her attitude wasn’t friendly at all , very unpleasant experience!

Positive experience: This is a hidden away gem. Choose your times though as rush hour can be busy. After 6pm carpark is free. I'm into functional fitness and, it has plenty to offer. Friendly staff always readaly available for guidance and help, encouraging classes, for all abilities. Great gym if you are a beginner, intermediate or absolute beast mode machine. There is something for everyone. It's 24hours and, you can even sign up to 5 other my gym outlets (bonus if you travel around) Changing rooms are clean and, to a good standard.

Positive experience: This is a nice gym, bright and open with very friendly staff. Unfortunately this gym doesn't have the FitQuest but they still offer the premium membership which just isn't worth paying an extra £5 for without FitQuest.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, lovely new plush gym, clean and functional equipment, showers, plenty of space, great app with lots of features... and you can go as many times as you like at any time of day for a very reasonable monthly cost. This is my new gym.
