Fantastic experience: A very friendly women's only gym. Lovely atmosphere with very helpful trainers well worth the monthly fee. Feel very comfortable going to a gym now.

Negative experience: Very rude, racist and discriminating staff. They wouldn’t let my wife register because she wears a headscarf and her English was not as perfect as a native. Very unpleasant and rude people.
Hi Fazal, we are far from discriminatory and have many members that wear headscarves, and our members are from at least 30 Countries so your account is not accurate. You walked into our gym today - even though it clearly states we are ladies only - and told me you had to come in as your wife did not speak English. We had ladies in the building that were not happy with that situation. Your wife would be very welcome to come for a visit with a female friend/family member and see what we do.l, but we cannot have a man do that. Kind regards Martinne
Fantastic experience: This gym has changed the way I feel about me. The ladies are so knowledgeable about everything and have helped with medical issues I was suffering from. I can't recommend them enough. Fantastic way to spend a little time every other day to make me feel good again.

Such a supportive environment, amazing staff, lovely community feeling.such a welcoming place…I lost weight and many inches, changed dietary bad habits, and gained confidence. It’s a pleasure to attend, and I always look forward to my sessions.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for women only! Really happy friendly atmosphere with 10 different stations lasting 3 minutes each, so the whole circuit is just 30 mins. Perfect for fitting in with busy lives! Martinne and her team are really welcoming, making it feel like you're not exercising at all, but having a chat with friends. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a fast friendly way to get a bit fitter!

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym in July last year and as someone who tends to quit exercise habits a month in...nearly 8 months in and I still love it. It works around my work schedule, the atmosphere is positive all the time and I even wanted to go during a 38⁰ heat! That's love! I always feel great after my workouts too and the ladies are very kind and informative about any question or concern you may have. Love love love!! And I can't wait to be back again after my holiday!

Fantastic experience: I am a member here who looks forward to my sessions, yes really! This is a women only gym and apart from one cycle, has no treadmills or cross-trainers. We do a 30 minute circuit on weight resistance machines, based round our own individual requirements. Everyone is welcoming and supportive as we work towards our own fitness and health goals. I may not have achieved my goal weight yet, but am positive that I would be struggling without my regular dose of gymphobics-aid! Thanks all. X

Fantastic experience: Love this place - friendly, knowledgeable team running it, the circuit takes half an hour so I can fit it into my day really easily. Am fitter than I've ever been! If you're wondering whether to try it, do! Losing weight too!

Fantastic experience: WOW!!! What a place..... I am by no means a "Gym Person" however, I took the plunge in January of this year to make myself a better person, so I joined Gymophobics. I have nothing but great things to say about this place, they are knowledgeable, helpful & fun. I struggle with my weight and they are helping me so much to keep on the straight and narrow with an exercise programme and healthy eating plan. The whole package...... I have to admit that when lockdown was on "I missed going to the gym", never in a million years would those words ever left my mouth prior to joining this great team, THANK YOU to the fab ladies
