Fantastic experience: Like all Gym Groups the set up is pretty much the same and it works. Pod entry. Pin code etc. I love the app where I can add new gyms in areas that I visit. This was located next to B&M in Bedford. A decent size Gym Group. A downstairs and an Upstairs. Plenty of space and all the usual equipment was there. A stretching area, cardio and dumbbell and bench area. All the machines in working order. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gym group is ahead of the game when it comes to easy access gyms. Well worth the money. Only thing I would say. Lockers need updating. It seems all the gym groups I have attended have this problem.

Fantastic experience: Going to the #Gymgroup has deeply helped with my mental health and wellbeing. The gym is always clean and equipments are in top shape. Even with the monthly subscriptions, I feel supported with the free classes that actually come with real personal trainers! These trainers ..Lorraine, Mario, Gareth, Ajay, and Kamil are so energetic and make you push yourself into achieving your desired goals and the classes are always fun The team is friendly, and I have never seen an unapproachable face. The beaitiful Maria Demetriou especially, is one of a kind. As she trains with u, she makes u laugh and push u more. Her classes are always a thrill and exhilarating, to which I look forward to always Thank you to the team! ✨️✨️✨️
Positive experience: Wide choice of food and home needs. Garden Centre well stocked but very expensive delivery charges
Negative experience: The showers aren't hot enough in my opinion. I would really like the option of a hot shower after my workouts but after all the years of this gym being open & my conversation with staff about this I guess it's not going to happen. I have a national membership and have used several clubs over the years. This is only one that I find has showers that are not up to standard. Please fix

Positive experience: Not bad, could be better. Full of kids all day doing bugger all, some of the kit is tired but on the whole, not a bad place to work out. Good variety of kit, decent number of machines, dumbells etc.

Fantastic experience: Hello! I am Super T Bedford, and because I have over 40,000 friends, who are all connected to a world record 28 different media, I need to continue looking 27 years old, when I'm actually 47 years old, otherwise I will lose my award winning 6 pack! So I took advantage of the Super off peak package,the manager Lorraine told me about for just £14.99, a month, and I had to take advantage of the unlimited, flavoured, healthy drinks for just £1 a week. I give my % Super T Bedford award to the captain of the ship at the famous The Gym Group, who is Lorraine, plus the team leader Gareth, A.J. Valerie and the whole of the team.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 2017, and I have seen managers come and go, but no one matches with the current management team, especially the manager, Lorraine. Management isn't just sitting behind the desk. Lorraine is a very friendly and approachable person, which help the members to report any issues comfortably. Lorraine routinely checks the equipments to make sure the gym runs smoothly, and she also engages with the members regularly. Since her appointment you hardly see equipments out service for long period of time. Recently, the management team introduced a mini competitions, which is a fantastic way of helping the members to push their mental barriers during exercises. The classes are excellent. Although I don't do as many, i attend once aweek run by a very friend trainer, Kamil and I thoroughly enjoy it. Credit to Lorraine and her staff for making the Gym workout ️♂️ ️♀️ more enjoyable.
Fantastic experience: I really like this gym as it is very reasonably priced and has good machines. Only downside is their AC is currently broken so it gets very hot in there as myself and a few others have noticed. Hopefully they will fix that soon though.

Negative experience: Visited for the first time on Tuesday night, as I walked in there was around 5 men about to fight, being held back etc. Staff member in their doing nothing about it. Made me on edge the whole visit. Compared to my local gym this one is very dirty and needs a deep clean. The gym needs a big refresh and new equipment. You can tell its a old gym as soon as you walk in. I'm glad this isn't my local gym and was only used while in the area. The only good thing was the parking outside

Fantastic experience: Really large, friendly staff, and the ultimate membership lets me use the London branches when working. All you need from a gym chain.
Negative experience: When you come to the gym and you see this, although they keep increasing the price. I'm wondering who installed this pull-up bar. I cancelled my membership and they stop me to get to the gym three days before member ends. Rip off !!!

Negative experience: Every single machine has some kind of broken part or isn't working correctly and staff don't really care what anyone does there, throw dumbbells at people if you like staff aren't going to do anything

Fantastic experience: Very well maintained and friendly staff
Positive experience: Managed to attend a rare class last two Tuesday evenings with both Mario and Ajay, very intense and testing which was fab defo recommend and always fully booked so get in quick! Shame that there are no classes before 9am for those that come early mornings prior to work as the “classes for all Moto” I hear over the system clearly isn’t the case especially for those that cannot attend day or evening classes due to working commitments.
