Negative experience: Despite having a very positive experience when I first joined, I regretfully have changed my review because of the experience I’ve had in recent months - being completely ignored. I have tried to pause my membership multiple times and just got blanked, both via email and on the app. For the price we pay to go to this club, I think it’s not acceptable and regretfully am having to change my perception.

Fantastic experience: Just joined David Lloyd, Lincoln. The whole process was straight forward with the support of Matt. He was extremely accomodating, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Booked my first session with personal trainer, Phil. Looking forward to taking part in the wide range of activities available.

Fantastic experience: Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable of all facilities and provided a very warm welcome and made my first visit very enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: Had a really great walk around with Matt today, he was very informative and gave us plenty of time to discuss membership options. Really looking forward to starting a gym with great staff!

Negative experience: After DL increased our membership by 25% we left the club. We were members for 12 years. We approached club and membership (handled remotely) repeatedly to sort this out. Not one person within DL made any attempt to resolve. We found another gym at Market Rasen; it's better equipped for 1/3 of the price and we can take the kids to play racket sports for free.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely place to be, whether that's working out, swimming or simply enjoying a coffee with a friend. The staff are phenomenal, nothing is ever too much for them. My girls both have swimming lessons here and Esme and Kyle are absolutely fantastic instructors. My girls have developed so much since being with them both. I am always greeted with a big smile from the staff on reception, especially Emily & Katie! The team are always raising money for good causes and have some great organised events on also. Fantastic place for families, with so much to do for the kids as well as the adults!

Fantastic experience: I have recently became a member of David Lloyd Lincoln, and all of the staff have made me feel very welcome. The staff behind the bar especially are very friendly. I have had multiple great encounters with Eila, Fin, Gaby and Millie. They are so friendly and converses very positively, always making conversations seem like they wants to have them not just because of work. Eila always makes the best protein shakes and works very fast and well despite how busy it is.

Fantastic experience: I came into David Lloyd for a tour this weekend. I’ve been having the mess about with different gyms around Lincoln so it was really reassuring to see professional and confident staff. I was led round by Natalia, she really seemed to know the place inside and out! The premises and equipment are outstanding, I was also talked through the different package options. Based off my experience there this weekend and with Natalia I’m sure I will be joining up this payday. She has definitely given me confidence that all the malarkey I have seen at the other gyms won’t be a problem for me anymore ☺️☺️

Fantastic experience: David Lloyd Lincoln is great. The facilities are top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the inviting swimming pool and sauna. The range of classes is good, catering to all fitness levels and interests. One of the highlights for me is the tennis scene. The courts are excellent, the coaches are skilled, and the social tennis community is nice and friendly. It's a great way to meet new people and improve. The staff at David Lloyd Lincoln are consistently friendly and helpful too, which is just lovely (shout out to Finn!) While the membership fees may be on the higher side, the overall experience and the value it can bring to your health and well-being make it a worthwhile investment.

Fantastic experience: Great club, friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere with fantastic equipment and a variety of classes. There is also a lovely club room to grab a drink/food.

Positive experience: Membership is expensive but good value if you use it often enough. Good facilities. Most, but not all, staff are great.

Fantastic experience: Very thankful for this place. I use the gym, classes, sauna, steam and pool. Always clean, tidy and maintained equipment. But i'm most thankful for the office space which I use twice a week for my remote job. Super food and drinks to keep me efficient without needing to leave. Staff are all lovely, always have a chat and a smile for you. Recently noticed more plants in the building too - here for this!!

Fantastic experience: Huge shoutout to Sam at David Lloyd in Lincoln! I was really excited to check out the tennis courts, and Sam made the whole experience awesome. He gave me a tour of the gym and facilities, and when we got to the tennis courts, he could see how hyped I was. He gave me some great tips on booking court time and even chatted with me about improving my game. You can tell he’s super passionate about the place, and it got me even more pumped to start playing regularly. Definitely appreciate the energy and knowledge Sam!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at David Lloyd in Lincoln, thanks to Sam! As someone who's new to the gym scene, I was a bit nervous about starting, but Sam made everything so easy. He gave me a really thorough tour of the gym, explained all the equipment in a way that made sense, and was super friendly throughout. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and ready to get started. The place is impressive, but Sam's guidance really made it feel welcoming. Negative experience: The gym is incredibly small. If there are as many as 3 people working out at the same time, that's it, you can't do anything. Absolutely not worth the money. Will be going somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: After several years break from a gym due to work commitments and a new baby, thanks to Matt and Ellis at DL and for convincing us back, very professional and welcoming, the club has fantastic facilities and the family aspect of it is great. It's clean and very spacious and the staff are amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, the way it should be everywhere. The Cafe is fabulous too which just tops it all off.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough for the staff at DL Lincoln. They create a warm and welcoming environment which we have loved since joining! Having moved across from another local club, this is certainly a refreshing change!! The sales team were great, friendly and chatty without the oversell or pressure to sign up on the spot! I’ve been really impressed with the range of classes available throughout the day and can not wait to work my way through trying them all out! Plenty of pool slots for everyone, whether you want to go as a family or prefer a child free experience!!

Fantastic experience: I met Matt at David Lloyd Lincoln today to have a look around all the facilities and find out about the various classes. Matt was excellent, he showed me around, explained all the classes that are available, the clubs social opportunities, and the Club App which looks so straightforward. The Club is spotlessly clean, staff friendly, the pool looks great, the changing rooms roomy and clean. I am so pleased I have joined and look forward to my 3 personal training sessions which are included in the package I’ve chosen and the chance to use all the resources that are on offer. I’m so excited about my future fitness plans.

The bar staff are particularly helpful and go out of their way to make sure each order is correct and adapted if you have allergies/intolerances. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of DL Lincoln for a number of years. The club is an ideal for me and my enjoyment of tennis with 8 courts available. The other thing that makes this place is the staff, Natalia and Fin on F&B as well as Emily on Reception as well as Darren on the coaching side and indeed the new GM John are all happy to help and pleased to part of the DL team. It’s a considered monthly fee, but one that is worth it for that country club feel as opposed to being just another place to work out. Well done DL Team. Best wishes Lord Darren A Juggins Member

Negative experience: terrible l had to pay 30 pounds just for a day but l went once and I didn’t do much. I just went in and then I was like 30 minutes and it charged me £30.
