Negative experience: First and last time here. When arrived I went to reception area and not a person to be seen stood for 5 minutes and no sign of anyone. I tried phoning a couple of times and no answer on the phone so stood for a further 5 minutes, I went to leave as my gut was telling me to avoid as I got back to the car two girls appeared so went back in. Went upstairs for treatment which was Brow lamination, the therapist was lovely won’t dispute that, however my eyebrows looked exactly the same as what they did when I arrived!! No lamination to them at all. So having to pay further amount of money to go elsewhere. I also wouldn’t say this is Spa, just a regular salon

After a very short wait I was taken for my massage by Samantha and all I can say is 'healing hands'. Skilled, professional and soothing. My back is better and my mood is better. I'll definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience: Treatment carried out by Emma. Total bliss you know its a good massage when you feel as if you've only been on the table for 5 minutes when it's time up. Happy to chat, relaxing and glass of water provided at the end of massage. Located across from McDonald's, limited parking at rear of property. Use door at the back of building. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks.

Negative experience: Sad to say was very disappointed with my visit. Downstairs at reception are Elemis products on display and Dermalogica posters so thought I was in for a treat bought through Groupon. I have visited lots of salons and spas so feel I can give honest feedback as I’ve a lot to compare with but sad to say it is cheap products in actual fact it was Skintruth products and the oil was more like vegetable oil. I didn’t smell any essential oils for my Aromatherapy massage Sorry but my review is to say don’t waste your money as it wasn’t worth even what we paid on Groupon.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I had massages here yesterday. I had a deep tissue massage which I was in desperate need of as my upper back and neck felt very stiff with a lot if knots. I cant recommend this treatment enough to anyone with pain in their upper back, i do feel a but tender today but its the good pain and I slept better last night.

Fantastic experience: My wife gave me a voucher for a massage as part of my Christmas. I've had a few massages before and this one was really good. The staff are nice and easy to talk to. I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you exercise.

Fantastic experience: Can honestly not recommend this hidden treasure anymore. Park West has thee nicest staff whom make you feel like your a total VIP each and every visit for each and every person. The treatments are so so good! The girls are attentive to your needs and personalise your treatments to you. The place is stunning, with such a homely atmosphere. We had my sisters Hen Party here as well as visiting for individual treatments. The Hen Day was AMAZING from start to finish and I will forever sing the girls praises especially Josslyn. A 5 star excellent rating.

Fantastic experience: my friend and I had a voucher deal for 2 25 minute treatments, we both had an aromatherapy back massage and Elemis facial. The staff were lovely and we both loved our treatments! our skin feels great and we were so relaxed throughout. the building is easy to get to and has a lovely little cafe along with a gym, hot tub and beauty facilities. little gem and will definently be back! :) x

Steph and Joss are the most welcoming, friendly people and boy do they know their stuff. The years of stress just melted away. Honestly you really do need this in your life.
