Negative experience: It’s not often you feel ripped off at £14 for 9 holes but this course certainly feels like it. The greens resemble waterbeds, the fairways are muddy and the mats on the tee boxes are even more muddy and uneven than the few grass tee boxes that have been randomly plonked. I get it’s autumn and it may be better in summer but this shouldn’t cost the same all year round. Layout of the course is confusing, lots of cross-crossing holes and no directions to the next tee box. Seems too small a space that has had a golf course crammed into it- one of the greens is in the middle of the fairway of another hole. If playing a round, save yourself and go elsewhere to the numerous good courses for similar price. On the plus side, the driving range facility is great and well priced.

Negative experience: If just using the driving range then it's a great facility. The golf course itself was horrendous and should have been closed for winter. Greens were waterlogged. Tee areas were a mix of waterlogged, uneven astro mats and stakes in the ground that appeared randomly placed in the least worst place. Layout of the course is awful, often meaning you have to walk back on yourself in random directions crossing other holes to get to your next one. Probably best to avoid and go elsewhere to some of the similarly priced, far superior courses nearby.

Negative experience: Not automatic ball thingy I'm lazy lol and hit out of bounds too many times they shout at ya big sad

Negative experience: Arrived today with my two kids looking to book a bay at the driving range which I did the same 4 days prior to today with no issues, there was no one at reception until a young lad with red hair & glasses appeared after 5 minutes of waiting and advised me it was not possible to pay,I needed to pay online, I questioned him on when this rule came into play which he was unable to say. I let him know he and 2 other colleagues had no issue with me paying on arrival 4 days prior. The issue I had today was not with having to book online but with the guy on reception he was very rude and not helpful at all , I know we all have bad days but he was downright rude and left the two kids in tears. I went back in to speak to a manager which is when another colleague jonny arrived and told me the manager had just left. Jonny was very helpful in answering my queries and concerns. Overall review that young lad on reception should not be dealing with customers and made me think twice about returning.

Negative experience: Incompetent and lazy staff, not helpful and arrogant. Trying to get my booking sorted for more than 20 min in the door, when I asked for help they don’t even move a finger and keep watching football.

The golf pro Peter Martin is excellent, very knowledgeable and passionate about his teaching. The driving range that utilises Trackman Technology and its installed in every bay with touch screen for easy navigation. ⚽️A fantastic dome with 4g for indoor sports, events and kid’s party’s. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Small pro shop / reception that offers hot drinks and snacks. ️ Parking is free at this location Wheelchair accessible / disabled parking

Positive experience: Decent 9 hole course and a great driving range. Too many people not booking onto the course or not rebooking for their second 9 holes can make it overly crowded. Good bunch of people playing in it but sometimes get hackers who won’t let you play through which is frustrating. The green keepers do an amazing job and the staff inside are friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: We attended the football dome this week as part of a birthday party. The dome malfunctioned due to extreme heat, which we didn't mind as it is out of staff control. However, customer service was poor, we had a 1hour slot for the birthday and after 15minutes we still hadn't been told anything by the staff who had passed us a number of times. When we went to the reception desk to enquire about what the plan was we got a lot of attitude and cheek from a female member of staff. It was like it was our problem and she wasn't concerned about helping us. After nearly 45 minutes and we had started using an outdoor pitch a member of staff did approach us a d he couldn't have been nicer, got the kids free ice creams.. great guy. The rest of the staff need customer service training. The famy who organise did get their money back.

Positive experience: Went only to use the trackman system. Paid £10 for the hour and had pre booked extra balls at £5. When I got there it turned out that system wasn't working. I could t get a refund and was told I was paying for the balls not the system. 15 quid to shoot down a range with no distance indicators made it twice as expensive as it should be for the same ount of balls at any other range. I felt sorry for the young lad working that day. Every excuse he offered made the situation worse. Really a refund would have fixed the situation as would a notice on the booking system giving a heads up that it wasn't working. I wasn't even told when I check in at the range. Had to figure it out for myself. Obvious lack of management around on a Sunday.

Positive experience: I went there with my mates had fun left and came back I was told it was closed when it clearly closes at 6pm on Friday pretty annoyed at that worker.

Positive experience: Was manic after 5 due to all the kids playing football. Golf range is great with the shot tracker, and easy to use. The tee options weren't so good, hence the 4 stars. Maybe another bay would have better choices. The balls last you an hour.

Negative experience: Staff close at 9:20 pm can't get anymore balls so be aware of this you'll only get 30-40 minutes with two people. No happy to be honest.

Fantastic experience: The last few years this wee course has come a long way. The TopTracer driving range is worth the visit alone not to mention the 3G pitches and indoor football.Even the kids play park and sensory Park at the entrance are good. Me and my son can blast a few baskets while the good lady wife and young daughter play in the parks. Pricing is more than fair too, my yearly membership is 250 while the junior is ONLY 50 a year!!! The staff are polite and helpful and there is some amenities. All in all (despite not having a bar ) it's a great place whether you like your golf or not.
