Negative experience: A gym close to me PROS Has lots of equipment, friendly members & membership prices are good. NEGS, equipment is sorely in need of some TLC, many rips & much wear on the leatherette coverings. Incline settings on some equipment doesn't work. Cycle missing a strap for months (when it costs perhaps £3 & the owner has a gym equipment.company)!? They never mop the hard areas with bleach & just run a Henry vacuum with a wheel missing over the gym that just removes surface debris. Motes of dust visible on top plates of resistance machines. Blue roll, plastic & ribbish bins overflowing on the the floor. Music is sometimes not appropriate (swearing) & seems to be played for the staff, not members enjoyment. Members allowed behind desk allowed to operate the till & even take money from other members. Accident on AB curler from months ago still has not been resolved. I was a witness to the incident. No maintenance book or recording system that 2 staff were aware of. GDPR breach I witnessed where a members name/age was shared with other gym members. As 3 members shared with me 1) This place is in need of some love. 2) They don't care about the equipment. 3) They never get things fixed quickly. End

Fantastic experience: Used this place on day pass basis when I was on a break in Burnham so I didn't miss my training days. Great little gym. Well equipped for all levels. Friendly vibe off the regulars. Clean. Tidy. Well laid out. Good selection of free weights and machines. No frayed cables or "out of order" gear. Pleasant staff. Top marks.

Fantastic experience: Great small gym tucked away on a small industrial estate. Pleasant welcome by the staff member who was happy to give me a daypass for £6 quid. Plenty of freeweights, machines and cardio stuff. Perfect visit if you are on your hollibobs.

Fantastic experience: Hidden away slightly with limited parking…several gym / fitness / dance areas…clean and well presented - toilets on site … disabled access possible depending upon disability…no disability access to upper floor… no disabled parking spaces available..

Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly staff, good range of equipment and plenty of them. Went around 11am and maybe 6 people across the 3 rooms - so nice not to feel like your restricted to what equipment could use.

Fantastic experience: It's the best Gym in the area. Whether that's in terms of how high the free weights go up to or the variety of machines. The Staff/Management are welcoming and have helped me utilise some machines if I've been seen with the wrong posture or if I have asked for support. All staff are experienced PT's and there are group events you can book which are included in your membership, so if you aren't confident or need extra help/tips these are a brilliant way to get your foot in the door. They offer different memberships to suit all. There is a small car park which is sign posted to the left of the gym and if the spaces are taken up, there are plenty of roads near by to park up. You have access to a water fountain and a selection of energy boosting and high protein snacks/drinks for a great price. One of the best things about this gym is the showering facilities for when I've needed to be in and out quickly it gives me the option to freshen up.

Positive experience: I've been going to Fit 4 All for over 15 years and have seen it evolve. It has improved over the years and they now have a good selection of equipment and weights. On the negative side the machines are not always maintained and sometimes machines are taken away and not replaced with similar ones. Also no air-conditioning so it gets ridiculously hot in summer. Generally though the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is quite good. This is more of a hardcore gym so some people may be intimidated especially in the free weights area. However you soon realise that the bodybuilders aren't judging or intimidating anyone and are more interested in there own routine. The gym attracts all types of people young and old, big and small and I've seen many people transform in the gym so it does work. The staff are well trained so it's important to ask for advice if you are new.

Negative experience: Caution they myself there products after laying a monthly member ship for 20 months I found my self unable to attend due to other commitments. I wrote letter to cancel now I got a debt company chasing me for over 300 pounds for full payment of 3 years membership. When I was told I could cancel after one year and had to commit to at least 12 months. Yet if you go past that in the small print your commuted to 3 years debt. Shoddy mis sold product with a bad choice to running a business. They refuse to talk about it and even if I pay balance I have cancelled my member ship and can not attend. CHEERS THEN I NEED THAT DEBT WHEN I NEED TO CUT BACK ON OUT GOINGS.

Negative experience: No facility for disabled people. Accessed only by twenty steps.
