Fantastic experience: I was recommended Brook LC after being discharged from Rvh by nhs physio. I’ve been attending yoga and gym classes there for last year. The facility, equipment, teacher Noleen and staff are excellent!

Negative experience: Me and my sisters attend the aqua pool on Friday we love it so does kids but why is the water freezing every time we go .. it would be much better if it was warm and not shivering while in the water...

Negative experience: I said to the man can go in the gym he said no u need a membership I said ok then I want to sit down and I phoned my daddy and then he told me to leave

Fantastic experience: I took part in Paddy's spin class on Tuesday. It was a fantastic class-really well structured and thought out.It was just at the right level-not too hard and not too easy. Everyone throughly enjoyed the class .Hope to see Paddy taking more classes in the future.

Negative experience: Grounds man was Abit rude when our team arrived at the ground 15 mins early saying we shouldn't be here before our time..never had a problem with it before! As teams always arrive for team talks before a match..I think he was just being awkward tbh

Fantastic experience: Absolutely hands down the best place for anyone with asd!!! Sensory swim classes and air venture inclusive classes, and that's just what I know about! Also a park literally just outside, absolutely perfect! Couldn't recommend the place enough, my daughter loves it! As do I and my friend!

Fantastic experience: Went to my grand daughters 5th birthday party. I must say I was very impressed with the set up and professional service. 45 mins down stairs with bouncy castles slides which took up the whole hall then up stairs to a party room with music and toys for all ages of children. Would most definitely recommend Brook leisure centre for kids partys.

Negative experience: Brilliant new building & facilities for the West. Great to see. However a crowd of us tuned up to told the hall had been double booked - not really acceptable. I'm sure the systems don't let you double book the facilities & if something does somehow end up cancelled or double booked a phonecall should be protocol instead of leaving everyone standing there ...

Fantastic experience: Amazing space, lots of classes although you need to get in early to confirm a position. The gym has everything you need, very clean and well maintained. Fun activities available for children also including swimmers and the inflatable park. highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: First time in it went for a swim , place is spotless, staff very friendly, just didn't like the changing rooms are unisex , felt uncomfortable coming out of the showers, not used to that at all

Fantastic experience: Fantastic swimming instructors. My kids love it here. Not a fan of the communication which happens through an umbrella organisation called Better,might be appropriate to prefix the name with 'could be'

Fantastic experience: Lovely new and clean facility. Went to the pool and we were the only people there. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and even turned down the lights and put on the projectors and fancy lights for my children.

Positive experience: Kids pool was freezing too cold for my 9 month old and we do weekly swim classes she loves them but didn't enjoy the pool here but otherwise great pool for the older kids and very clean I love that the changing rooms are unisex but don't like that little kids can climb under the changing cubicles and I unfortunately had a little peeping tom while changing

Fantastic experience: I love Brook Leisure centre ever since it has opened I go to water arobics every day haven't missed one this has helped me so much with my legs the fluid going away my mental health has greatly improved and I am not on my own when I say we love this so much and need it too the staff all our amazing and go out of there way to help and please so tell them this xxxxg❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Its Local, Huge improvement to the local community and will sure make a great difference to every family especially with the park on the grounds,been to the gym which is fantastic, hurling wall is my favourite! Membership is good price the app also so handy for checking out classes on and booking your place. Definitely need get more yoga classes on. And the staff are a credit to use, there all so lovely and friendly and most importantly helpful. Thank you
