Fantastic experience: Great venue, for gym, cycling, and classes. Newport Gym Membership is well worth the money. Facilities include the Riverfront, the Active Living Centre, The Station Gym, and the Newport International Sports Village. Plus it offers discount cinema at the Riverfront.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant facility, needs to promote itself more. A lot of people in Newport likely don't realise we have an olympic swimming pool and velodrome on our doorsteps. Booking system is a bit naff, needs improvement. Otherwise a fantastic place to discover and get involved in sports.

Fantastic experience: Straight to the point...fantastic facility. Lots to offer from classes, gym areas, court hire, and cycling both virtual and actual. Toilets are clean and there are plenty of them which always help in a busy centre. Parking is always available. Staff are friendly. Recommend and hence why I'm an active user. Thanks, Rico

Fantastic experience: We had a beginners session - Cerys the instructor was fantastic - she gave great instruction and support. Would highly recommend this as an introduction to velodrome cycling - we are planning to go again very soon

Negative experience: They ran out of bikes !! and also I ended up with the wrong size a 60 instead of a 54 frame, completely ruined the experience.

Positive experience: The time trial of Oliver Bridgeworth, the eve of the flooding a few yrs ago. Great place to hold an event. The stadium is clean, tidy and worth visiting on any occasion. 2019 I think.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant. We've just signed up for a membership and Rob was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment gets wiped down after each use which you are responsible for. All facilities and equipment are easy to use and if you're stuck, staff are happy to help!

Fantastic experience: Lovely clean gym and quiet even in peak hours. Has a good selection of equipment. Probably not for the serious lifters but it has enough for most gym goers. Unfortunately.... I've fallen into that category.

Fantastic experience: Did the stage 1 accreditation for track cycling unfortunately didn't pass but keen to come back and get it done! Scary at first but settled into it after a few laps. Agree with our instructor 90 minutes would have been much better than 60
