Negative experience: Never any toilet roll! Dirty toilets always! Not worth 39.99,budget gyms are better managed than this place not worth the money .

Fantastic experience: I am enjoying my time at Snapfitness Tonbridge the staff are very friendly and helpful, and even some of the other gym users help out if they notice, I'm doing something wrong with my exercisers.

Negative experience: Not using the gym since 2 months still have to pay. No help from how she call herself "manager". There is no chance to contact any one else. She just keep saying no I can't help no sorry I can't help.

Fantastic experience: The snap fitness gym in Tonbridge is absolutely fantastic and has changed my life for the better, the staff are really helpful and always there to help you with any problems or training routines that you wish to desire to do, they always give really good advice with everything that you need to know, I would truly recommend anyone that wants to go to a gym to join there.

Fantastic experience: Good gym loads of room always a free machine. Very helpful staff which are happy to help when needed. Air conditioning is good for the summer time. It’s also kept nice and clean.

Negative experience: I was threatened to have my face smashed in by a steroid junkie of a member. Staff informed me they would not refund my membership and that I should feel alright because I brought it up. This member has threatened a member with autism before also and the gyn do not care at all. Very odd to be threatened by a grown man in his early 50s using steroids when the gym is full of 16/17 year olds. Awful gym who do not care about the community or it’s members

Negative experience: Won't be returning here, visted the gym a few weeks back after I've paid, I couldn't access the gym as the door wouldn't work, once emailed and after they responded I tried again, however again no chance of accessing the gym. I paid in April my membership (March payment) after 2 weeks (mind you not even been a month yet) they assumed that they needed more money from me to pay the next month, once I've emailed the response was truly useless, they said either I have to pay or just have to cancel the membership. How shocking. The showers hardly ever worked, the toilets was absolutely filthy, and the cardio machines was all thick of dust. Do you not even have cleaners? What the £39.99 a month paying? safe to say I don't recommend this gym and certainly won't be back

Fantastic experience: I’m changing my rating for this gym. I do still like it and it has good equipment. I originally rated 2 star but only because I was frustrated about not getting on any of the equipment as there was a lot of under eighteens in the gym just standing around chatting. You do still get a few but you get this in any gym. Since I wrote that review I have noticed a few less but this makes a big difference in a smaller gym like this. So thank you to Molly and the team.

Fantastic experience: Big space with loads of equipment, very reasonably priced. Trainers were super friendly and let me sign up for just 1 month as I was visiting family in the area. Being able to train there over my stay made a huge difference.

Negative experience: Slow to repair broken showers, toilets and equipment. Parking issues, unclean showers.

Fantastic experience: Having not set foot in a commercial gym for two and a half years I am really pleased to have joined Snap Fitness, Tonbridge. The general manager Molly Cansdale was incredibly helpful with with getting me started by showing me around all the the gym and providing an online virtual tour link so that I could get some functional work outs drawn up utilising equipment that is relatively close together. All of the equipment is of a decent standard and there are an abundance of sanitisation stations around the gym. The shower facilities are also functional fit for purpose and cleaned regularly.

Fantastic experience: I am impressed by the facilities. The staff are always helpful especially where I am not familiar with a particular piece of equipment.The opening hours allow you to exercise when you want.

Fantastic experience: Always clean. Staff are always friendly and on hand to help. Never too hot or too cold in there (some gyms I have been to are so stuffy or absolutely freezing from the AC!). Loads of really good, high quality equipment that many gyms don't have. Eg. Hack squat, hip thrust machine, 5 lifting platforms / squat racks, plate loaded machines as well as traditional pinned machines.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend joining Snap at Tonbridge! There is a really great selection of machines for cardio and weights plus an extensive set of free weights and dumbbells. All the equipment is in great condition and they really look after what they have which is a real plus. The atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly - I was always intimidated at other gyms but the folk here are great and either leave you to it or willing to spot when needed. The team are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - the PTs really know their stuff and will help set up suitable plans to your needs. I love this gym! Well done Team Snap!

Negative experience: I don't know why this gym has so many good reviews. The staff are nice and friendly, but the vibe is similar to a library. Also £37.99 a month is a ridiculous, also you have to pay a whole month afterwards when cancelling. That's gym membership tactics from the 90's! Not good.

Fantastic experience: Having just moved to Tonbridge and viewing different gyms in the area, Snap fitness was definitely the best choice. The gym is clean, equipment is new and high quality. I never see weights lying around or left on racks, everyone seems respectful and very chilled so far. Amy and Molly are always so helpful, warm and welcoming which really makes a difference.

Molly manageress is very friendly and helpful and Martin one of the personal trainers is extremely knowledgeable The overall appearance of the gym is clean and tidy. and an ever expanding range of equipment. A real cross section of members and a generally friendly environment. Would recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. I was a member at a good gym but the times I could use it were unhelpful for me (it’s at a school and there are times when it is for student use only). In. It also times Snap is 24/7 and big enough that it’s never rammed. They’ve dealt well with Covid-19 - easy to book sessions and regularly cleaned. That affects the 24/7 a little but it feels clean and safe. Staff are little marvels.

Wide range of machines and equipment, I attend the Move it classes at no extra cost! Both Ben & Amy are fabulous at what they do, very welcoming & helpful in all aspects, gym equipment, diet plans, different classes they teach, little chats. Overall a great gym to be a member of...and its open 24/7 with free parking!!

Fantastic experience: The best 24 hour gym in Tonbridge. Big studio with remote classes on a screen (no instructor needed). If you want to do a class at 3am in the morning on your own you can. Love it!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic selection of both machines and free weights, and really friendly atmosphere .Only been open a few months but already establishing a good selection of classes. Free parking is always a bonus. Both the Manager, Ben and Asssistant Manager Amy, are friendly, knowledgeable and always on hand to help and motivate. All the other PT’s who run classes also have the same high standards. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: One of the biggest Snap Fitness locations I've visited so far. Selection of machines is generous and quality of equipment is relatively high. The location is a bit tricky to get to and Google Maps struggles to navigate to it but all is forgiven by the fact that the club is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
