Fantastic experience: Good little gym, the staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly, always say hello and goodbye, it makes for a friendly atmosphere. The staff keep the place very clean, there’s one fella (Matt?) who works there and doesn’t stop cleaning and tidying away the weights, he’s a machine. It gets busy at certain times like everywhere does but all the people that use the gym are polite, there’s no attitude or egos. The equipment is good, clean etc… My only gripe and it’s only a minor one is fix some of the broken lockers please.

Fantastic experience: Good clean gym to be fair. Scanner to get in can be dodgy at times due to signal. Bit busy throughout most of the day with it being quite small but have plenty of equipment to use. Friendly approachable staff. Phil and the team always willing to help & advise you where needed

Staff are friendly and members are not intimidating like at some other gyms. Classes at all times and flexible hours for gym use. Special shout out to Becky, Phil and Josh!

Negative experience: This review is edited after reading the reply from them. I'm on a holiday and paid for a day pass to test the gym. The gym did Look kinda old and small compared to what I'm used to. It was really hot and they left one door open which was hardly enough to keep it cool. The toilets/changing rooms were rather confusing. I walked in and almost walked out because there was a lady in the same area as well. Hard to get assistance from the admin who never seem to be at the front desk. I wish they paid half attention to the front desk as they do to people's honest reviews of their experience at the gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with great equipment and staff are super helpful. If you really care about your training, this gym is for you. Dumbbells up to 60kg, Hammer Strength Machines and loads of kit. Definitely one of the best gyms around and has more than enough parking and 24 hour access. What more can you want?

Fantastic experience: I joined after my first visit. Great mix of equipment and plenty of it. Even when it is really busy you don't generally have to wait too long for anything to become free. The free weight area is well equipped with plenty of benches and several sets of dumbells(they go up to 60kg)The only slight down side for me is the fingerprint entry which when it works is good but it can be a bit of a pain if no one is on reception when it doesn't.

Positive experience: Expensive membership for the quality of gym. The gym is small and often equipment/machines are broken. It's also difficult to read the numbers on the dumbbell weights, not only are the numbers tiny, half of them are peeling off. I wish the number took up the entire face of the weight, as I spend a lot of time looking for the weight I need. The system to get in and out of the gym is useless. Due to lack of signal it's a real pain to load the QR code twice. Fobs/codes would be a much better system. The gym is in a great location and has a nice vibe and community but could be improved.

Fantastic experience: Great local gym with everything you need to keep fit. Loads of weight machines and a good amount of cardio gear upstairs. Classes are available, generally never had a problem getting on anything. They have just had a refurbishment, but this means the changing rooms are not open yet, so don't get caught out as there is no where to change. Staff are brilliant and super helpful, you can book them out for PT sessions. The prices are really reasonable with a 12 month option or monthly with no contract both priced at around £40 and under. Also loads of places to park and it's 24 hour with finger print access.

Negative experience: I was hoping to get a day pass to check out the gym before committing to a membership but was left waiting at the barriers for 5 minutes before being seen to. The general manager came over and told me they don’t open until 8am in a very unfriendly manner. Strange for a ‘24 hour’ gym. Nothing on the website suggests the desk isn’t manned until 8am. The general manager was condescending, patronising and unprofessional. Overall a very unwelcoming experience.

Fantastic experience: Just had a rehabilitation session with Darren from infinity fitness kings hill. I tore ligaments in my ankle 3 weeks ago and have been struggling since. Darren’s knowledge was superb and has really set me on the right path to recovery, booked in another sports massage session for next week, highly recommend! Staff are great as well.

Fantastic experience: Recent decent gym, run by staff who obviously "care" and attended by a real cross section of the "fitness" community. The opening hours and security is great, as is parking and the facilities. Almost forgot to mention - its bloody good value (don't like the word cheap - gives the wrong impression).

Fantastic experience: I first entered a gym in 1982 and I can tell you they’ve come a long way since. Infinity Fitness is a great example of how great a gym can be in terms of kit and inclusiveness. Everyone is made to be comfortable and there’s plenty of kit to go around. A great gym full stop.

Fantastic experience: Open 24/7 which is so convenient, but also has that friendly, independent gym feeling that you don't get in chain clubs! I've tried different gyms across Kent and London but this one is the best in my opinion! Infinity has an amazing balance of weightlifting equipment and cardio machines, not too much of one or the other like some gyms do. They have everything you would need! Staff are lovely and its NEVER too busy in there which is amazing! Been going here for two years but have only just got round to reviewing! Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: DON'T JOIN! They will ignore your requests to cancel and continue to try to charge you. Dispite not having acess to the gym out of hours due to their finger print machine not working. They just ignore and continue to try to charge even though you are on a month by month - Don't join here.

Fantastic experience: Lovely place, everyone is so friendly. However they have new machines that no longer have the tv screen on the front, so I have nothing to look at when I’m working out. ( you can plug your phone in but it’s awkward with the case I have , and you can’t always see the tv screens on the wall ) I personally preferred the old cardio machines. But the actual place is lovely.

Ideal for those who are more interested in getting fit and strong without dropping North of a £100 quid a month at the David Lloyd over the road. 24 hr access means you can go whenever you want instead of being limited by "normal" gym hours.

Fantastic experience: Despite not actually contracting COVID, the response to it has cost me dearly. The final straw being anxiety and depression from the isolation. To try and combat this I decided to join Infinity today now the gyms are open again. It was that or go to the doctors and have them throw anti depressants at me which I dont like the idea of at all. What a lovely experience! Super friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Positive experiences have unfortunately been few and far between for the past year, so I'm very grateful to the infinity team for this one. I was a member at the other large gym across the road to infinity a couple of years ago. I much prefer infinity because of the vibes, plus its cheaper.

Plus it’s 24 hours!!! What’s not to love!! This review has been written during the COVID pandemic! Positive experience: Good, solid gym - I have been a member for over two years and mainly use the machines and free weights so cannot speak for the classes. The new equipment invested is excellent and is a great use of space. It is very, very good value for money. Gym is kept clean and with the current guidelines I feel it is kept safe by the staff.

Positive experience: Original review was written in 2020, mostly positive at the time. Review updated in 2023 (and completely rewritten due to google reviews' character limit). Not so positive these days. It does the job, but the 24hr access and price is all the place has going for it these days. My view of the gym has gone downhill recently. In September the gym had a refurbishment for 2 weeks and was closed off for health and safety. This was well communicated in the run up, and it was closed off in stages to minimise disruption. But because of the “T&Cs”, loyal, regular paying members still had to pay full price for a gym they couldn’t use, without any rebate or adjustment to fees. Bit of a joke. The reopening wasn’t handled very well. Apparently there were 2 dry changing rooms (which I never found) and toilet facilities (just the one that I knew of), the actual changing rooms and showers have only just reopened after being closed for a total of 8 weeks (which wasn’t communicated properly at all). Upon returning post-refurb, I was impressed with the interior deco, it definitely looked more appealing and the ground floor is more spacious. Someone I knew who used to come here before said he either had to wait or was interrupted mid-workout because of lack of weight machines. It was disappointing to see that the cardio room on the first floor hadn’t changed at all. No new cardio machines, still the old colour scheme (it got painted over eventually) and all the machines that were broken pre-refurb, still were broken afterwards, and they always take weeks to be repaired. The 2 week closer felt like a waste of time for someone like me who just goes there for cardio. I expressed my disappointment that the cardio room (which was now busier due to the closure) hadn’t received a much needed expansion or “refurb”, and was told that it’s been expanded as much as possible. Yet, upstairs there’s a café (which I almost never see anyone in) and a soft indoor play area in the room opposite (I’ve never seen it get used), the latter of which now looks like a tip. How about putting more cardio machines in there? If you can’t make the building bigger, why not be more efficient with the space you’ve got? I recently used the new changing room for the first time since it’s been open after 8 weeks of it being unavailable. Pre-refurb there were separate gendered changing rooms. The males had a communal changing area with 4 shower cubicles and 2 toilet cubicles. A lot of the time I went in, people left their stuff lying around the place and on a few occasions I had to wait to use a shower. I don’t know much about the female changing room other than it having 3 showers and possibly hairdryers? Post refurb it’s all been downsized: It’s just a unisex changing area consisting of 3 shower rooms (2 with benches, the other just had a shower), 3 toilet cubicles and 2-3 changing rooms without showers (just a room with a bench in), all relatively small rooms. The lockers are bigger which saves people either carrying their stuff around or leaving it unattended, but the entire area is pretty exposed and some of the rooms overlook the rest of the gym. Whilst it’s nice having private changing cubicles and a shower that you can adjust the temperature (after 5 mins of heating up), I don’t think that there’s enough shower and changing facilities here now. Also, the finger scanner entry system tends to be temperamental. Personally, I think the refurb is all just for show. The new colour scheme is good but the gym as a whole isn’t very practical anymore. Overall the place is alright, and it’s convenient. I might as well keep coming here for the time being. But I wouldn’t be so inclined to recommend it these days.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym with very friendly staff. I’ve been a member here for over a year and I’ve never had any issues. This gym did everything within their power to distill consumer confidence post-COVID lockdown through integrating social distancing measures and a stringent cleaning schedule across the premises; everyone involved should be commended for their efforts throughout this uncertain period of time. If anyone is looking for a safe, fairly-priced gym in the West Malling/Kings Hill area, look no further, this is the gym to come to!
