Fantastic experience: This gym has been a fantastic experience, the staff are all reliable and super friendly as evident with their support for my goals in mind, in which they have been a massive help for. I am a new member and am enjoying my experience here alot hence the 5 stars ill be giving.

The gym has an incredible range of equipment, so there’s always something available even during peak hours. They’ve got everything from the basics to more advanced machines, and it’s all in great condition. The 24/7 access is a game-changer, especially for someone with a busy schedule. I love being able to go whenever it suits me, whether that’s early in the morning or late at night. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Alex at Fit 24! He has been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to support me with my fitness journey. From answering all my questions to providing personalised guidance, Alex has shown a genuine commitment to helping me reach my goals. Positive experience: Overall a very nice clean gym, love the people around, always smiles. The sauna and ice bath is a very attractive addition however i’ve recently had to stop attending due to the increases in price. It’s a massive shame, especially seeing as i only use the main gym. Honestly if it was the same prices as before the sauna I would pay my membership every month without a doubt. I definitely recommend this gym as it is the best in hull, lovely environment.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, been here for a year now and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else gym wise. Was sadly considering leaving due to the price rise but they've kindly sorted that out and I couldn't be happier. Great gym, great staff and great equipment.

Negative experience: I went there for a month and they said I couldn't leave again. They said they would sue me if I left before my 12-month contract was over. You will be the first and last place I've encountered as a foreigner in this country And There is no soap in the toilets and they are very dirty

Positive experience: Used to love it here but it’s going downhill. Membership fee going up to pay for unnecessary renovations when a lot of the equipment is out of order; dumbbell selection is poor; outdoor area left to literally rot. Feels like walking into a nightclub rather than a gym most days. Pumping music and dark rooms. Can’t even put a clock on the wall despite me asking a number of times. If it wasn’t on my way to work I’d have left by now. Staff are nice though. Edit- can’t figure out how to respond to the owner so I’ll reply here. I’ve not been a fan of any of the changes. I preferred having a smaller studio and more space in the main gym. I don’t like the men’s toilets being so cramped with the addition of the sauna - that I’ve yet to see anyone use. I would have preferred investment into a fresh set of dumbells as there’s only one lot of the most used weights. This is obviously just my opinion. Some people may love the new additions. But I’ve been wanting to give my feedback for a while, mainly because I really did love it before.

Fantastic experience: Been going to these gyms for 6 years and never had a problem here all staff are lovely aswell. Just wish people would put the weights back off the smiths after use ‍♂️

Positive experience: The gym itself is great, good equipment and constantly refurbishing, upgrading and adding new things. Some of the people that go here however let the place down. I waste half of my time trying to find equipment or weights that have been abandoned in the most obscure places or masses of weight is left on equipment without thought or care to those who have to remove the weight to start their set. Not to mention the rubbish that is left. If policies and sanctions were in place this would be a brilliant place.

Negative experience: Showers don't work for more than 5 seconds when pressed (mist only work for 2-3 seconds), and when you inform staff that showers don't work properly, they reply "What can I do?"

Fantastic experience: Nice, clean gym, friendly and informative staff. I've been going for over 6 months now and I've not met anyone who I've wanted to hit with a dumbbell yet - I can't really give it higher marks than that. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area, I was always a fan of JD where I used to live, but quickly decided it wasn’t for me in hull, so I joined pure gym again, I didn’t like it but it was ok as was close to where I live, however I always drove past fit24 and always said to myself I must try it out; and my only regret is that I didn’t try out the gym sooner, Fit24 is definitely my favourite gym; it’s not too busy, there is so much equipment, a lot of things I’ve not seen before. The staff are really friendly, the gym is well looked after, clean and tidy I really enjoy training here! Cannot fault the place at all!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in central Hull, open 24/7, with secure entry and all the equipment you need for a workout, whether you're a beginner or advanced. Not too crowded, the people are good, there are also punchbags which I very much liked as a feature, yet so many gyms just don't have. Sure it doesn't have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, or funky zumba classes, but it does the job of a proper gym very well, at a decent price. They also don't press you to buy a whole year in advance or anything. More gyms should be run like this!

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym on and off (due to work commitments and travel) for over a decade. Formally in St stephens. I've always enjoyed it. Always got up to date equipment, friendly staff, options upon options of supplements and run very nicely. I always recommend fitness 24 to my friends. Had to leave again due to commitments outside of Hull, but I will return when these have ended.

Extensive range of equipment, weights and things to do/use. Open 24 hours is fantastic so no problem finding time. Good value for money. Recommended 100%

Negative experience: Just had my LIFE membership increased over 50 percent because of all the new upgrades at the gym, ie cold bath suna. Been in usual time 430am went to go for suna and suna was not on. Can someone explain why I’m paying more for a premium gym with this facility but can’t use them.

Positive experience: Good management and great customer service. Ample parking space also and equipment are okay. Sauna newly installed Can't think of any negative feedback associated with the gym. Or maybe lots of kids presence during rush hour (lol) but that's a good thing to be fair. I wish I had the luxury of time to have started going to gym from a very young age, but unfortunately too busy with life. Jack has a good business sense and runs the gym in a very admirable manner.

Fantastic experience: Great place and one of the best gyms in Hull. At Fit24, I managed to go through a fantastic transformation and find a place for myself where I can fully develop my potential. Additionally, looking at how Fit24 continues to evolve by acquiring the latest and highest-quality machines makes this place incredible.

Fantastic experience: Such a warm and friendly environment, all staff are so welcoming and happy to help with any questions. As someone who has had time out from the gym, I’ve felt really at ease with asking for help! By far the best gym I’ve been to in Hull!

Fantastic experience: Full of useful machines and friendly staff to help you at any given moment, I especially love taster Tuesdays where I can try free EAA drinks, also chalk full of protein shakes, pre workout and even protein filled meals on sale, hands down a great gym.

Negative experience: Just found out today that the monthly subscriptions have gone up by 33% because they are going to open a sauna and I don't know what. No notification, nothing. Why do I have to pay for something that will happen in the future? The subscription for children has increased by 25%, although it is obvious that a child will not enter the sauna to see a completely undressed idiot enjoying the new facilities. I'm glad that my subscription ends this month and that I don't continue to contribute to the well-being of the guys who run this gym. A better idea would be that instead of charging everyone for some facilities that some will never use, to put as an option for those who want to use them and give them cards with access to these facilities.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Fit 24 for a few months now. Every gym session is a good session thanks to the equipment. The staff are always helpful and welcoming and the atmosphere of the place is warm and friendly. I would definitely advise anybody to give fit 24 a try whether you are a seasoned gym goer or just starting out .

Negative experience: Went into Fit24 to have a small word with the guys at the front desk and admittedly I forgot to put my registration in the IPad to validate the parking, I thought as I was only in there for a few minutes nothing would happen. To my surprise about 2 weeks later I had a letter through the post stating that I had to pay £60 for parking there for 8 minutes. I appealed the parking charge as I though this was unfair and my visit was valid however once I did, the Parking awareness services not only declined my appeal but increased the amount to £100. Anyway I decided to go into Fit 24 (avoiding the car park) where I spoke to the staff and after explaining the situation, they was happy to take the letter and appeal the charge on my behalf stating that they would sort it. Unfortunately this didn’t stop the letters and the threat of a CCJ they only kept coming and after 3 more letters and 2 more visits to Fit 24 where each time they said they would take care of it, now with the increased £125 charge my patients ran out. So disappointingly I’ve now paid the fine and don’t think I’ll be going back to Fit 24 anytime soon. I’ve got nothing against the staff as everyone I met at Fit 24 was as nice as can be, it’s just the way they manage the car park and I understand it’s to deter others that don’t use the gym but it’s still pretty frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I have never felt comfortable going to gyms always put it off but I 100% feel comfortable here the best gym I have ever stepped foot in The gym is clean, the equipment is great and always bringing new things in, plenty of equipment to use The only thing is I wish people would put there weights away after they have used them instead of leaving them for the next person to do, if you can lift it you can put it away If anyone is looking for a new gym to go to I definitely would say this is the one

No reason to look anywhere else. If you can’t get in the best shape of your life here, you can’t get in shape!!
