Negative experience: The most unprofessional gym I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. An absolute joke - it's a shame the owner doesn't put as much effort into the gym as he does into his ego - the most BIG headed pint sized arrogant clueless fool I've ever met. Give this one a serve 'mates' if you've any sense - you'll never achieve your fitness goal here

Fantastic experience: Just visited and taken part in my first session at Iron Fort Crossfit today in their 'Murph' session. Was made to feel extremely welcome and felt at home instantly. This is a fantastic alternative to the traditional methods of keeping fit in a professional environment with quality equipment and people! If you are considering visiting for the first time, please don't put it off and get yourself down and involved, it is extremely rewarding and fun. Thanks Iron Fort
