Fantastic experience: I’ve done multiple classes here, particularly Reformer Pilates, and they’ve been really fun. They have many instructors and they each change up the routine every time, so you don’t get the exact same workout twice. I’m finally getting consistent with my fitness thanks to Frame! 100% recommended

Positive experience: Great location! The staff were very kind during the intro course. The memberships are on the pricier side despite having student memberships. Good facilities for females, I felt very safe.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Frame Hammersmith for a few months now, and it’s been an incredible experience! The gym is always welcoming and has such a positive vibe. Nicole, Yve, and Ylsa are amazing instructors – they bring so much energy and knowledge to every class. Whether it's a high-intensity workout or something more relaxed, they make sure everyone feels supported and motivated. The facilities are top-notch, and the variety of classes keeps things exciting. Highly recommend Frame Hammersmith if you're looking for a great place to work out!

Negative experience: Accidentally booked the wrong time slot , they refused point blank to move my booking, told me i had to pay and rebook again even though there was space in the class. pointlessly bad customer service, wasted my time & money, wont be back

Fantastic experience: I did the mumhood postnatal fitness classes for a few months to help build my core recovery and fitness, the low impact exercises were a great workout to help get back into exercise. Tara brings great energy to the classes and gives guidance to make sure we are doing moves correctly!

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to workout if you like classes. Working out here is actually fun and never a chore. Gorgeous facilities with all the extras included like towels, shampoo- even a hair tie when you forget yours. Frame is the best.

Positive experience: I took the beginners Pilates last weekend. I thought the actual space and equipments are quite nice but the instructor was extremely rude and unhelpful. I much preferred my experience at Ten studio.

I feel super comfortable with the instructors too they’re so inviting and genuinely care. Been here 3 times and enjoyed my Reformer Pilates classes with Melissa & Rae. One star less because the only downside is the facilities could be improved

Fantastic experience: Was on a short trip to London and wanted to get my Yoga practice in and joined the team as FRAMe. Easy to schedule and super welcoming. The class was exactly what I needed.

Fantastic experience: The classes are all so varied so you will be able to find something that works for you. The instructors are very enthusiastic and the staff are all very welcoming and accommodating. I signed up for one of the introductory offers and I am going to keep coming back

Fantastic experience: First time at Frame Hammersmith on Tuesday 7th January. I opted for the reformer Pilates class and got a code for a free first class. The front of house team were inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. The instructor was knowledgeable, friendly and funny! Facilities are good. There are not a tonne of lockers, but there are pegs to hang bags in the room so there aren't bags all over the floor. Open plan changing rooms aren't for everyone, but there are toilets you can squeeze into if you aren't comfortable. A towel and flannel are available to use for the showers, so makes carrying a gym bag lighter, nice touch. All in all, I like this place and will attend this class again, as well as reliving my youth and attending the music video class, because we have all tried to be a music video dancer, haven't we?

Fantastic experience: Love Frame! If you are tired of everyday gym classes, try Frame. They have all sorts of classes and welcome all ages. I love their rebound trampoline classes as well as boxfit, reformer Pilates and dance video (to name a few). They have showers too!

Negative experience: The last incident I experienced made me really dislike Frame at Hammersmith. First of all, their website is very low quality, there is always a problem with class booking, especially from your phone. And even after they booked me the same class that I had booked before because the system didn't show it, they did not mention which studio the class is at so I joined the wrong a class in the middle that I did not book for for 15 minutes. Until eventually I realised that it was the wrong class and went to the staff. The staff was not very helpful, even though they offered me a free smoothie their attitude towards the whole incident was blaming and overlooking. So they are not always very organised or helpful but the gym itself offers a lot of variety of classes.

Fantastic experience: I just joined Frame and I love it. You don't have to bring your own yoga mats (you wipe them down after every session once you use it). They have hair dryers, hair straighteners, shampoo, shower gel, towels etc! You literally just need to bring yourself and your gym wear!

Fantastic experience: I recently reviewed the King's Mall and gave Frame a big shout out. Best place of it's kind ever. They have great drinks, work out clothes, very good access for the disabled and those with young children. Very reasonably priced membership fees. Holler at to Jade and Jessie Girl power!!!

Fantastic experience: I love frame. The staff (Jesse, Kitty, Olivia and Charlie) are absolutely lovely and incredibly friendly! They always remember my name and know exactly what class I’m going to. The classes are also amazing. Great instructors. I do a bit of everything: yoga, boxtrain, kettlebells, rebounding and reformer Pilates! They’re all very well organized, super engaging and the instructors really motivate you to work better. If you’re looking for a community feel and wonderfully varied and exciting classes - this is the place!!!

Fantastic experience: I joined Frame a few months ago and I have to say its one of the best things I have ever done. The staff is so friendly and the space is so wonderful! Apart from that, the classes are incredible. I LOVE the variety that Frame offers, which ensures I can never get bored. But also, the classes and teachers are all so amazing and so so so much fun. I am obsessed with Box Train, HIIT and Rebounding (huge rebounding addict!!!) but equally love the less intense (but STILL AMAZING!!!) classes like Barre, Yoga & Pilates (which makes me ache like crazy). It has revolutionised my way of exercising and how I look and feel about it. Right now, its much more about having fun and really pushing myself rather than a chore. Not only that but I have really noticed a difference in my strength and in my fitness level. When I go on holiday I really really miss it haha! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great space in an easy-to-get-to location, I have been going to the Reformer Pilates classes at the intermediate level. The time flies by but I feel that I have been worked really hard and I have already noticed changes in my abs. The staff are also very well-informed and I am keen to try something else. They have lots of offers as it has recently opened.

Negative experience: It's okay. I can't speak for other classes but the yoga here is sub para especially for the cost. Was hoping to find an alternative option to my regular studio but what I found were teachers that felt like they were simply going through the motions. Little interaction with the class, minimal demonstrations - overall the teacher seemed bored. The space is brand new, but the showers haven't been designed well at all. The drains don't drain quickly enough so if only one other shower is in use the floor of your shower will fill up with water. Not hygienic at all. If they fixed these basics, and you found a class you enjoyed, it might be worth the membership. Until then, if you want yoga, try Yoga West. Big bright and friendly space.
